Lovely gem near Metro and Le Marais! Staff very helpful and very clean property. Plenty of bistros within walking distance. Lift available for luggage on upper floor rooms.

It was good value for a hotel in this area (Marais) which can’t be beaten for easy access and walking to museums, art galleries, tourist attractions, lovely areas, and great restaurants.
Our hotel room was a bit tired but we loved the area!

The staff was very professional and friendly. They offered to book a taxi for the airport, if we were not going to take public transportation. It was a very comfortable setting with 24/7 front desk coverage.

There is a downright abusive man working at the front desk. He screamed at me this morning, and I mean screamed. For a variety of offenses he deemed me ‘guilty’ of. Then threatened to call the police on me when I refused to be alone with him at the front desk. Refused to tell me the balance we owed (apparently it was $16) but also wouldn’t let me leave. He is absolutely unhinged and deserves to be fired. I’m also not the first guest he’s done this. There are two others in the past three months alone.

The hotel is older but looks newly renovated in the last several years. Rooms are decent, but each one is different. The first room we got was ok ... lock did not work and the shower setup caused water to get on the bathroom floor. We were given a different room (just across from our 1st room) the next night, and it everything was better. Cleanliness was great, staff was friendly and location was good for us (we walked to Notre Dame, metro station was 200 meters away, restaurants withing walking distance).

Mold. Lots of mold in the room. Terrible! I had to be stuck in the moldy room for a week as booked.

The staff was friendly, however the hotel definitely needs to be cleaned. Housekeeping never gave us new bedding, they just re-made the bed using the old sheets during our 5 night stay. Hotel is not at all like the pictures.

On the days we stayed at this hotel the wifi was down. Staff told us they will have tech repair tomorrow. Then the next day we asked again, the pushed to the following day. During our stay the wifi never worked, quite disappointed.

Good location to walk to various parts of Paris. Close to metro stop. Quiet, clean, nice rooms. Rooms are not big but it’s perfect for a place to crash between exploring the city :)
