Absolutely loved this place. It's located in a great area of Paris, 30 seconds from the nearest subway station. The hotel itself has a lot of character and the staff are some of the friendliest I've seen. The rooms, whilst not huge (to be expected in Paris), are very comfortable and plenty of amenities. I would definitely recommend staying here and will do so again when I next visit Paris.

Room was very clean and freshly remodeled. Although facing the street, no noise in our 5th floor room due to thick windows. Nice view of a park.
Best touch was the free refresh of water and juice in the minibar as well as free juice etc. and donuts downstairs in the comfortable lobby area.

Thos place is great. People are super. Had two rooms with the kids and they gave usnrooms next to each other without even aaking.

Hotel was very clean and the staff were excellent. It was very helpful to have the all day refreshments and the included mini bar. Rooms could you with more hooks in the bathrooms for towels and also walk in showers rather than a bath

Fantastic hotel. Staff were courteous and professional. Arrived early. Let us check in our luggage and came back to check in and our luggage was in the room waiting on us, a very nice touch. Free water and soft drinks, replenished daily. Spotlessly clean. Bathroom cleaned to a very high standard with nice toiletries provided.
Breakfast was excellent. Varied choice with both hot and cold buffet style items.
Free snacks and soft drinks, tea and coffee provided added a very hospitable touch. Even calling into a sister hotel in the Opera area, we availed of the afternoon snacks.
Overall, highly recommended for the price, the area with lots of shopping, areas within walking distance and the metro is less that 2 minutes walk. The quality of the breakfast. The cleanliness of the hotel and attention to detail and friendliness of the staff make this the best hotel I have stayed in Paris.
Definitely will return to it.

This is a decent hotel but IMO, not quite a 4 star level hotel. Staff are friendly and are helpful but the condition of the hotel is a little older and beat up. My shower door wouldn't close properly so water would constantly leak out. The walls are very thin so you can hear loud slamming of doors constantly through the night and early morning. You can easily hear people in the hallway have conversations through the walls. The beds are just ok and are way too soft so you just end up sinking deep into them. Location is good and has great access to different metro stations close by. Area seems safe enough. Main gripe is that the hotel felt a bit old and not a real 4 star level. Staff around the hotel are very nice though.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly. The room was nice however, I could not use AC per hotel rules - eco-friendly. I could of slept more comfortable at night if i could use the AC. There are both wash clothes to bathe with.

Very nice place. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Only thing I’d suggest to improve was the constant rap music in the lobby. That got irritating. Otherwise awesome and would stay there again.
