Plusieurs choses nous ont laissés un gout amer a savoir : le manque de places de stationnement interne a l'hôtel , premier arrivé premier servi ( pas de possibilité de réservation a l'avance) d'autant que dans les environs les places libres étaient inexistantes . Dans les chambres un frigo totalement vide , même pas une petite bouteille d'eau et dans la salle de bain absence totale de tout produits corporelles hormis flacons de gel douche. A part quelques cintres aucuns rangements possibles pour les vêtements .

Amazing front desk staff

The hotel was conveniently located with access to cafes, restaurants and the Lumiere museum. The rooms are compact but well furnished and clean. Hotel staff were helpful.

The only this that didn’t like was the smell, maybe if I covered the shower drain or plugged the sink might have helped

This hotel does NOT have air conditioning in the rooms as they state that it's too early in the year to turn it on. This is misleading advertising when they state they have AC but do NOT provide the months that it works in the rooms. I now get to spend the next 12 days in a warm room for my vacation. Cracking a window does provide some relief however, now I hear traffic during the time that I am supposed to be sleeping. Takes 7-10 days for a refund (which they refused to give all the while acknowledging the AC issue) and I will not shell out another $1500 for a hotel when THIS one should provide what it advertises....so I was stuck. Mercure ......this is terrible service and you should make AC dates clear on the advertising of this hotel. I will not use Mercure in any way in the

Safe location, quit close to Metro staion 1/2 block from hotel

The location was great, the room was clean and staff friendly. Not too many vegetarian options in the Breakfast and inside room could do better with Tea, milk cream and no drinking water facility.

Très bonne literie, le personnel hyper sympa donnant de bons conseils pour la visite de Lyon. Super petit dej. Au niveau confort, deux ou trois petites remarques pas difficile à réaliser... Augmenter la pression de l'eau dans la douche, car une fois savonné très dur de se rincer malgré la pomme de douche réglable, et un peu de chauffage dans la salle d'eau serait nécessaire car au sortir de la douche... gla-gla-gla. Un petit balais WC serait un +. Presque tout bon!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room with good facilities. Breakfast was standard but the ground floor restaurant food is excellent. Some of the best food i've eaten in a long time. The only down side was it's not open at the weekend so had to make do with sub standard food then ! throughly recommended and well worth a trip or long stay.

Nous étions très bien reçus, c'était dommage que la fenêtre de la chambre donne sur la station fenêtre... C'est la seule chose qui a un peu gâcher notre sejour. Parking très bien...

The room I occupied as well as the one of my friend were smelling very bad to the point that windows had to be left open and toilet door and bathtubs evacuation covered. In the bathroom there was dust and elsewhere as well. Such a shame

Average- great comfortable bed, free minibar but coke cans were damaged so afraid they would explode when opening. didn’t reply to my request about parking and when we arrived had to park on the street because our gallery on top of the car was too high for the parking. Shower would go hot and almost burn you then cold. Carpeting on floor which I hate- but they give you slippers and robe to use which is a bonus. No restaurant in hotel available. Expensive for what it is.

Les trois personnes qui ont reçu à la réception lors de notre passage ont été trés acceuillantes , à l écoute dés la moindre remarque ou aide disponible et retour de la demande PARFAIT ...trés souriant et cela est déjà tres important surtout face à cette période. Sinon la chambre était plus que parfaite trés trés bon lit !! salle de bain impeccable aucun bruit et trés propre Bravos !! seul petit bémol surtout face à cette obligation de se restaurer dans la chambre ( il manquerait un systéme de rallonge sous le bureau pour déjeuner ( car chambre à trois et le bureau ne le permettait pas )...ou autre sur le mur de la table a repasser ....car on peut imaginer la gêne de salir prés du lit etc ....en attendant merci à vous trois pour cette acceuil
