On business to see a ceramic factory, I have stayed here before, I find it very convenient. The area is nice with plenty of restaurants around. The breakfast was very good, nothing fancy but better than above average and they were open at 6:30 am so you could get going. Car park is tight to get into but there was some off street parking available. I would go here again.

We came to visit the American WW2 memorials in the area and enjoyed our stay at the Mercure Epinal. It was within walking distance of good restaurants and shops and easy to drive to the American Cemetery and Bruyere. The staff were very helpful in showing us where to eat and how to connect to the internet. The in-room coffee service was much appreciated.

Un hôtel au centre d'Épinal rénové ( quasiment fini) qui su garder son âme et sa particularité. Le personnel est le plus souriant et compétent que nous ayons vu .

Want to emphasize that this is an older hotel. Be aware of that going in. However very nice stay and friendly staff willing to help. There is a restaurant on the property which has good food, but other options are only a short walk away. Parking on-site, but the entrance is quite narrow. Cars should do fine, but our SUV had some issues getting out. All in all a nice place, but not as modern as you would find in a larger city.

Soggiorno di una notte per lavoro.
Struttura storica ben restaurata. Camera spaziosa, ben arredata e letto di ottima qualità. Bagno ok. Ristorante in struttura molto piacevole con piatti originali e ben presentati. Unica pecca, il parcheggio sotterraneo che quando pieno é difficilmente accessibile.

Hôtel vieillissant mais en cours de rénovation, ce qui lui fera le plus grand bien.
Piscine, hammam, sauna, petit jacuzzi.

SPA non fonctionnel, vétuste : Hamam hors service, Jaccuzi sans bulle, seul le sauna éteint en arrivant était fonctionnel mais la porte ne ferme plus.
Chambre avec décoration vieillotte, la literie est très usée et inconfortable et les murs sont remplis de traces d’humidité avec des fissures apparentes
Les couloirs sont ouverts sur des travaux avec des courants d’air
Le personnel est agréable mais aucunes prestations à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles . Un niveau 2 étoiles serait mieux adapté

Dans l'ensemble, cette soirée s'est bien passée, la literie est confortable, dommage un peu de poussière et poil (on dirait de chien).
Sinon, bon hôtel.
Par contre, le petit déjeuner est pour ma part honnereux 18€, mais toutefois,il est vrai que le petit déjeuner offre beaucoup de diversité,il y a vraiment un choix incroyable pour le dommage qu'il soit un peu vieillot, dans l'ensemble il est proche,ce qui est très important.
