Ben and Eddine were very kind and amazing to us. They helped us with several things we needed. This hotel is in a good location, with different restaurants around, grocery markets, laundry and just minutes from the La Fayette Gallery and the Opera. The hotel is not a super fancy place, it is not modern but it fit our budget very well and it was a comfortable room for 3 people.

This is an affordable stay and if you are on a budger but still able to enjoy all that paris has to offer within walkable or quick uber distance...laundry and market on the same street was very convenient and helpful staff.

Room, bathroom, and elevator are small.
The room was not ready for us at check-in time.
Although the day staff was helpful and attentive, one of the night staff was downright rude, making my mother cry by telling her that her daughter was "not a nice person" (because I had complained to my mother about the call that the front desk routed to our room first thing in the morning waking me up unnecessarily early on our last full day).

I did not gave a problem with the hotel itself. The BIG PROBLEM has to do with the fact thatvwhen booking, there is the option to pay immediately or upon arrival. If you choose to pay upon arrival, SURPRISE - IT COSTS 65 EUROS MORE THAN THE ADVERTISED PRICE!!

This hotel is in very poor condition. It's very very very tired. It's not well maintained at all. The rooms are not very nice and they are small. Beds are really uncomfortable.
Yes it's not too expensive but it's really not worth the savings. It's not a pleasant place to stay in.
The breakfast isn't good either. Not worth the price.
On the plus side, the staff is nice and helpful, and the location is great (with restaurants, bars, and transport nearby). But the hotel is a dive.

The beds in the room were very old and the mattress was badly broken. Thr springs dug into my back all night and i had one of the worse nights sleep i have ever had in a hotel. The shower was very badly designed so it was difficult to use.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It’s in a central area of Paris and a lively and interesting neighborhood. The street it is on looked a little run down, as if it has seen better days. Some of the shops and restaurants were closed and boarded up. But, it’s close to A LOT of interesting things that are quintessentially Paris.
While the hotel itself offers good amenities, a comfortable bed, a shower and tub, and is quiet from within, I did notice the sound of a lot of truck traffic in the mornings, around 5am. I had a room on level 5 (6th floor) facing the street. This noise was caused by the trash collectors picking up trash. While not unbearable or unusual, I would have appreciated sleeping in a little later. I was able to sleep better as I became more accustomed to the sounds of the neighborhood.

The location of the property was great. The area is lovely. The staff were helpful and friendly. The accomodation was small and not suitable for 3 people/ you could barely fit in the shower/ it was very misrepresented in the booking app. The room appeared dirty. It is not a 3 star- it barely skims a 2 star- it was the last hotel of a 5 week stay and it was the worse- I stayed in 2 star hotels which were bigger, better and cleaner. There were other 3 star hotels on the same street and even the entrances looked better, and they were cheaper. The front of the hotel looked old and dilapidated. So very disappointed.
