Very charming and friendly staff. Breakfast a little sparse and no air conditioning for Americans 😂. Ate breakfast watching a family of swans on the river. Very quaint

Very nice hotel, clean and modern, free parking. Short drive to Disney if you have your own car. There is a rail station 5 minutes away for Paris and Disney (not direct line). Breakfast at 17 euros is far too expensive though, the food was quite basic and not alot of choice. I would stay here again if visiting Disney.

Was very happy with property and the room has a nice view of garden and the river.

I showed up to the hotel quite tired and cranky. The gentleman at the front desk quickly checked me in, recommended dinner options that would still be open late, and got me all set up with a great room. It was very much appreciated and his recommendations were all great. The room was amazing! Large bed, multi shower heads, newly done. Wonderful space.

I didn't stay at this property because the staff member at the front desk was VERY rude & unaccommodating to my cousin & I. I accidentally booked a room for 1 person, which I overlooked because I saw it was a room with a double bed (usually sleeps 2). Without any prompt from me, the front desk worker said "you booked a room for 1. She can't stay here, she needs to go to another hotel". I asked if I could pay the difference of the cost for 1 more person & he said no. I asked to speak to a manager to get a further explanation & he said no, the manager won't see me, they'd be busy all day (although he went to the back to talk to "someone" prior). He then instructs to call Expedia to cancel. I'm from the US so it was going to cost me to make calls so I politely asked him if I could use the phone to cancel my booking (using the international number) & he said "NO we don't have a phone" after he took 2 phone calls in front of me. So as a paying customer they were rude to me and wouldn't assist me in any way. I then used my phone to cancel the booking - 31 minutes. An Expedia member called & said they refused to issue a refund AND were still rude. I would understand if I was trying to check in late & they missed a day of a potential booking but i arrived before check-in time. I'm disappointed that Expedia hasn't at least matched what i lost to the hotel in a voucher & that i wasted 31 minutes on the phone (costly) trying to cancel. it didn't matter.

Great food, chef here is a master. Rooms are awesome, but a bit far from Paris.

We stayed thinking it was close to Disneyland but it wasn’t which was our own faults for not checking properly but it is not near a bus stop or anything so you have to get a taxi everywhere which when it gets to the hotel the meter is already on 15 euros to get to Disneyland it cost 50 Euros by taxi there is a cheaper way to do it get a cab to train station then get a bus then a train but it can be hassle. The hotel staff are friendly it would be perfect if it was not in the middle of nowhere

Very new hotel right on the banks of the River Marne. A little difficult to find but worth it. Excellent service but shame the restaurant was not operating on the night I stayed as it has fantastic reviews for gourmet dining. The Manager recommended a restaurant in the nearby town which was good. Will definitely stay again when next in the area to enjoy what the area has to offer.

moment agréable, juste pas trop bien en arrivant dans la chambre car il y avait des voisins qui faisaient beaucoup de bruit et manque de chauffage. Une solution a été trouvée.

Chambre sans chauffage ! J’ai du demander un chauffage d’appoint Température inférieure à 14°c Petit déjeuné trop cher pour ce qu’ils proposent 17€ pour un jus de fruits, un café et un croissant ! C est complètement du vol !!!!

Très belle chambre, literie très confortable, lieu sécurisé, réception ouverte 24h/24, personnel très accueillant

Environnement saint et propreté impeccable. La présence sur le site du resto étoilé joue forcément sur le niveau de l’hôtellerie et de l’accueil

Nous avons adoré passer deux nuits dans ce petit hôtel, bien sympathique ! C’était une belle surprise ! Personnel, agréable, charmant, magnifique, endroit au bord de l’eau !! Nous y retournerons c’est sûr !!

Expérience très positive, je conseille surtout à ceux qui privilégient la restauration
