Was a nice hotel, cery friednly staff, ideal location, dong forget to ask about the parking discount if you parked in the station and would be good if a water dispenser was on each floor

The hotel was close enough for walking and quiet .
We were glad we stayed here because there was a holiday the weekend we were there and the whole city was partying.

Enjoyed my stay at Novotel Lille Centre Gares last week. Front desk staff spoke English which was very helpful! Room was clean and quiet. Walking distance to train station as well as nice restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in a few Novotel hotels before and this one wasn’t great. The room was a lot smaller than the one in Novotel Brussels and we were positioned above the restaurant/ bar area, which was noisy. The room was too hot, as the air conditioning had been changed to warm air. We asked for the broken safe in the room to be fixed but this was never done. The floor in the breakfast area was very sticky. As a family we didn’t enjoy our stay here but on a positive, the location is pretty good.

Hôtel toutefois désuet au niveau des chambres : plafond qui décolle dans la salle de bain, verres en plastique, penderie ouverte beaucoup trop petite, pas de tablette pour compenser l'espace pour ranger des vêtements. Réception : étroite, des meubles entravent l'espace lorsque l'on fait le check-in avec nos valises. Ce qui est bon : la gare à 5 min à pieds, ville historique à 10 min. Jeux (ball machine par ex) mais dans la réception. Cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles, plutôt un faible 3. Elle a besoin de rénovation!!

Hotel was good, location is great. Rooms need a bit of help with the plumbing. Bathroom sink didn’t drain well, needed to tell the front desk to fill the soap dispenser in the bathroom and to swap out towels all of which they did right away.

Friendly and helpful staff, breakfast choices were good. Kids area very helpful in keeping children entertained whilst waiting, lobby is spacious. Convenient location for Lille station and also not far from old town. Easy walk from Eurostar station.

The hotel is fine, very nice looking and clean. My main complaint is that our beds were not very comfortable. Mattress on one bed was too hard, it was too worn out on the other.

Was advertised as breakfast and dinner to be told due to covid 19 no dinner and breakfast only basic and cold!. Parking not available so additional cost local area run down and poor.
