Très bon emplacement. Aucun difficulté pour les accès. L'entrée doit être plus accueillante et le nettoyage plus approfondi et donner une vision plus attirante au lit. N'oublier pas de mettre un fouet a la cuisine pour les fans de crêpes. Ça m'a plu vraiment

The hotel is very convenient to the metro which makes getting around Lyon easy. The staff was very helpful. The room 209 we stayed in worked well for 4 people but needs a new coat of paint the walls were stained/dirty and doors can use a wipe down. We did find two live cockroaches during our stay. There was a market on Thursday with fresh fruits, vegetables and Tunisian food. Water kettle, microwave, refrigerator and dishes were all very useful during our stay.

The property was ok. Check in process was strange, we travelled all day and needed to drop our bags and go to an event, but reception wasn’t open between then hours of 12-3. We ended up leaving our bags at another hotel for the evening! The room was not as pictured, but was clean and had all the amenities listed.

L'ascenseur étant en travaux, j'ai dû prendre l'escalier pour monter au 4e étage avec mes valises et tout, c'est horrible.
En plus, le pommeau de douche est en panne, ce qui a causé une fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain. Et ma carte de chambre ne marche pas à l'entrée, j'attendais le personnel de l'accueil pour me changer une autre carte. Toutes ces mauvaises surprises sont pas du tout normal pour un client (surtout un nouveau client).
Sinon, en général, mon séjour s'est bien passé.

The room was not cleaned, and the elevator was broken and unrepaired. I had to carry a heavy suitcase up and down the stairs. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
