Location ok for the train. No one is at check in between 12-4. €500 deposit demanded on check in. We used the flat as a self catering, so we cocked ect. We left the rubbish in a pile in black bags and they said that it was left in a mess and didn’t provide the deposit back. Guessing this happens to a number of guests.

I stayed here for about a week. One of the great perks is that it is well situated and theres a supermarket quite near as well as food shops to eat at. Staff at check-in spoke english which was very helpful. The bus stops are also a very short walk from the hotel which is great and from there we travelled to the centre of Nice as-well as Cannes. It felt like a safe area in general to be in even at night. It's like a mini apartment with a kitchen attached to the main room and there was a bedroom, small toilet and a separate bathroom with a shower. Theres a beach within walking distance however check beforehand whether beaches are pebble or sand because pebbles really do hurt a lot. There is a beach close to this hotel that offers jet-skiing which I'd highly recommend as we had lots of fun. However, we had a problem with the cleanliness of the place as both me and my friend kept waking up with bite marks every night (I slept on the sofa and her on the bed). We informed the staff member and she said the cleaner would come to change the sheets and clean the space however this didn't stop us from being bitten so I'm not sure how effective that was. There is a pool on the top floor however it's not that large and has closing times. Sometimes also there was no staff member available at check in so we'd have to wait until someone appeared. Overall, its decent as an affordable option and for the price its good if you're just using it as a place to stay and if you want to cook your own food however the rooms just need to be well cleaned and disinfected in preparation for guests.

We stayed at the property for one week and we were very dissatisfied with whole accommodation. At the beginning we were charged twice and we had to wait for the refund for 2 weeks. Furthermore, we paid 300€ deposit during our check-in which was not refunded yet. It has been 2 months since our stay and we have not received the money back. I called several times however nobody has responded ever and booking have not took the responsibility. At the moment, I am ready to start legal proceedings. And that is not all. The apartment was not clean, the sheets were not clean either which was really disgusting, no soap, no towels, only 1 toilet paper for 1 week stay. To park the car you need such a good experience as the garage is not accessible well. And the last thing was that the property stated that they speak English, but manager was the only one who spoke. She stayed there only for 2 hours every day and during the noon when the majority of people is somewhere on the beach or trip. We highly do not recommend this place.

Amazing place to stay especially if you’re planning long stay. Apartments are big enough and having everything you need for a long stay. On site garage where you can park your car which is also great! Room was having weird fishy smell but overall experience was great! Definitely recommend!

Residence la crystal... more like residence la diamond because this place is a true GEM! Stayed here for little over a week during the rugby world cup and had a fault less experience. There's no thrills with this place it's very much a sort yourself out kind of vibe and is a little dated but if you book knowing this and you will pay a price that also reflects this you cannot be disappointed. Be prepared for lots of rules when it comes to the swimming pool... some on the sign may be open to interpretation like the 'no flippers' symbol may be seen as 'no shopping bags'... could be a loop hole. As of writing we are currently waiting for our €300 deposit back it's been a while now so review may be edited if things go south
