Very nice location, easy access to tram/rail. Sadly not much around in west of restaurants but the hotel restaurant more than made up for this. Single room was comfortable but a bit warm. I had the windows open but it was noisy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Happy to return.

Just using as an over night bed on the way from Denmark to Austria; but great location for drivers- 24 hour for front desk ( important as I was arriving at 2am) and very comfortable large single bed at a very reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again if wanting to stay in the area another time.

Rooms are basic and the bed was a little hard. The staff (and there was a very large staff at the restaurant and the front desk) were friendly. It must have been low season because it seemed to have double the amount of people as necessary in the restaurant and breakfast. The breakfast was great! The location is close to a beautiful park and the Zoo. A fitness center would be ideal

Very nice location, easy access to tram/rail. Sadly not much around in west of restaurants but the hotel restaurant more than made up for this. Single room was comfortable but a bit warm. I had the windows open but it was noisy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Happy to return.

Double has two single duvet covers???.

Breakfast was very good, the girl on reception by arrival in the late night was unfriedly, was not able to look in my eyes, only looking on her PC and her table, was feeling not welcome

We knew the location was not great as a bit out of town.
The room was small, there was no in- room coffee or tea. They did provide free coffee in the lobby but not convenient for most travelers. They did have gummy bears ??? Not sure as this hotel seems better suited to business travelers. Our TV set broke down and while they did offer another room we declined as after a day of walking and sightseeing we didn’t want to have to pack up.
The front desk staff was helpful but overall I would not stay here again.

We stayed here for one night for an Ed Sheeran concert at the Messe. It was easy to get to the Messe from the Hotel by public transport. Reception was very helpful explaining how to get there. The hotel is quite large and our room was of a sufficient size for 2 adults and 1 child for our short stay. If we had stayed longer, I would have found the room a bit on the small size with the added camp bed for my daughter. We did not have breakfast as we found the price a bit steep at roughly Euro 20 per person given that that would have pushed up the price for a one night stay to nearly Euro 200 for the 3 of us. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay but if we had stayed longer, I would have looked for something cheaper that included breakfast. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and the staff were very friendly.

Stayed here with family in July, observation based on this:
The good:
- great location, literally 2-3 minutes walk to nearest tram station that will connect you to any part of the city.
- breakfast is very, very nice. good variety of nice food.
- wellness section - pool and sauna available, a nice addition that was not reflected in the price
The bad:
- I found the bed a bit too soft for my liking but I like bed with a firm mattress.
Not a fancy, posh hotel but has everything that a hotel needs to have. A solid choice for staying in Hanover.

I enjoy staying at this hotel for the breakfast buffet which is fantastic in a lovely bright room with large windows and a view over the gardens, and the swimming pool on the 17th floor with great views.
The WiFi is poor both connection and bandwidth. The rooms are clean and acceptable. The bar and food is excellent although service can be slow.

This hotel was nice and was convenient as our business venue was located just a two minuted walk away. The service was very good and the employees were very attentive. The hotel was a bit older and outdated and some of the rooms were extremely small. It was also quite quiet which was very nice and didn't hear any noise during the night. Location is not the best as there is not much around. The bell boy was amazing and super friendly and helpful! I would recommend this hotel.

My room was quiet, clean and comfortable with excellent views. The city park was only over the road giving access to acres of lovely woodland and only a 2 minute walk from the Hannover Congress Centre. Ideal if you want a quieter stay out of town. 12 min bus ride to central station with a regular service. Impressive and beautiful city!

It was a night stay before our flight home. It is a nice hotel if you have a car and parking was free. Room and bathroom was excellent and it was in the 14th floor. Everything works and no complaint about the room and the hotel property.
It has a nice and cozy restaurant called DEINS and serves mostly steak and burgers.
