This is a 5 star property with a great location. Near attractions and located on a main street (Linden) with numerous shops and restaurants. The hotel staff was very professional, helpful, and personable. Would highly recommend this property to anyone (tourist or business) visiting Berlin.

Excellent property right next to the Brandenburg Gate. Staff were very attentive and happy to help. Great place to stay in Berlin close to shops, Christmas market with good transport links. 10 minutes from main station.

This hotel is fabulous in every aspect. From the moment you enter until leaving. The staff are so eonderful. Michi and Stefan were exceptional people. They made us feel special. Too many staff to recollect but they were all very professional and very helpful. We love this hotel. We hope to be back.

There was no vip treatment at all. Check in we had to wait till 2.38 to get room instead of 3 pm although we arrived at 11.15 am and we asked if possible to get room earlier. Upon arrival i asked to check out at 3 pm if possible was told they will put a note but i have to check the next day.the next day was told to check the day of departure and finally was told this was not possible. Didn’t see any vip treatment. Hotel is wonderful, personnel is experienced but it depends to whom you will have the luck to talk to. They are all very polite but some are quite tired and it shows. Especially at concierge where the head concierge is amazing , some others leave much to be desired.

This was my first stay at the Adlon Kempinski in Berlin, the hotel location is excellent, close to many attractions and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful, I would say without reservation this is the best hotel I've stayed at anywhere in the world, I highly recommend it and look forward to my next stay.

Adlon Kempinski is one of this rare places that are still providing unique and personalized luxury experience in hospitality industry. Everything is simply perfect. We moved from Berlin to Vienna (Ritz Carlton) and you could not even start to compare Ritz Carlton to Adlon Kempinski. It’s like moving from luxury hotel environment to Holiday Inn.
