The hotel was fine. The staff is unfriendly and disrespectful.

Fairly average stay. One problem I had was when checking in, I was told breakfast was INCLUDED in my stay from the receptionist on Monday June 24th around 3pm. The next morning, as I am plating food for myself (as there was no one at reception around 9am on June 25th) I was stopped by one of the meal workers who told me I had to pay 18 Euros for breakfast because it didn't show in their system. I understand English is a second language in Germany, but there is a huge difference between INCLUDED and PROVIDED for a reservation. I received verbal communication from the reception that it was INCLUDED, therefore, I was under the impression that my breakfast would be available to me for me each morning for my 2-night stay. Oddly enough, when I was checked for my reservation details, there were plenty of other people who were freely enjoying breakfast without being checked in. As a person of colour, this reflects really badly on your part and this became a common issue I faced staying in Munich. Very unprofessional and a great way to let your guests go hungry without having anyone in the front to communicate properly in the first place. I will never book with Ibis or this property ever again.

Great hotel. Easy access to public transport. About a 15 min. Train ride into MUNICH by S-train and bus. Newly built, clean room, amenities as described. No dressers for clothes, so you have to live out of your suitcase. There is a small closet to hang clothes. Would use again on next trip. Good value for your money

The hotel is located in a industrial area and no convenient stores and restaurant nearby. Have to take a bus to go to restaurant.

Everything OK.

Easy to reach by public transport - 3 stops by bus from local station. Motorway access about 300 yards away. Very friendly and helpful staff maing the stay as pleasant as possible during Covid-19 times. Comfortable bed. Room functional, but without a safe.

No boiler in the room and The tv channels mostly in Dutch language no other international channels. Limited pillows and two beds where attached together to create one queen bed but not very comfortable for me

The hotel was ideal for the business meeting we had to have before our flight the next day. Quiet and comfortable and convenient.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. At about 10 o'clock in the morning, a staff member suddenly opened my door. I can't imagine that this kind of system chain hotel would happen like this. It feels completely unsafe and not respected. This is an untrustworthy hotel.

Stayed here for five days. Quiet hotel located at the perimeter of the inner zone in an industrial park (7-day Isar Card zones 1-4 worked out best for me) . Commute into the city is easy (bus 285 takes you to the Feldkirchen train station, from there take S-bahn S2 into the city). Check-in/out was easy. Staff was friendly and efficient. Nice laid-back atmosphere at night. The restaurant is reasonably good. Did not try the breakfast buffet, so cannot comment on that. Room was clean and quite. A bit on the smaller side, but sufficient for two people. Wifi was great, fast and stable, never experienced any issues. Would have liked a coffee maker in the room. Overall, happy with my stay here although slightly lower nightly prices would be good. Would likely stay here again in the future.
