The hotel is located in easy walking distance to the centre of Eisenach. It has a themed interior and a splendid restaurant giving the impression that you are moved to Luther's times. The staff is very helpful.

Great value. Wonderful place with a theme! Wonderful staff and nice breakfast.
The only thing is that there is only stairs to the room, so don't pack too heavy.

In addition to being a short walk from the old town of Eisenach, as mentioned above, Hotel Eisenacher Hof is directly below the Wartburg Castle (although this is a long, steep walk for those who go on foot). I don't believe that the hotel building is as old as some of its historic surroundings but it blends in perfectly. They stage a Luther-themed dinner show but I didn't see it to comment.
A con about one of the pros - internet access was free but was not functioning during my stay.

Es war total cool, das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen war top. Die Bezeichnung "Erlebnishotel" passt sehr gut.
Leider war ein Fenster defekt, wodurch es morgens in unserem Zimmer (10) zur Straße ein wenig laut war und das Bett hat gequietscht. Daher nur 4 statt der sonst mehr als verdienten 5 Sterne.

Ein tolles Hotel, das auf mittelalterlichem Flair eingerichtet ist. Es besitzt eine kleine Tiefgarage. Das Einbettzimmer das ich hatte war nicht gerade groß, aber zum Übernachten völlig ausreichend. Das Personal, das mir alle wünsche erfüllt hat, ist ganz lieb und bekommt von mir ein besonderes Lob.
