I slept here for one night, during a business trip.
The position is very good, close to train station and city center.
There’s no lobby at the ground, but just a desk with two people.
The check-in was too long from my point of view, also because was late evening and I was very tired consequently my long trip from Italy.
The room was very nice and furnished in a very unique way, super clean, with all the stuff needed, except the bidet.
The breakfast was good too, in a nice lounge at 8th floor, with a good variety of food and drinks.
Also the price I think was correct, so from overall point of view I’m satisfied about my journey.

Front desk Timo is very helpful, friendly and super kind attitude, room clean perfect location, good breakfast at 8th floor. Also a little older local lady at reception very passionate explained about the city, felt her “ Ulm Einstein Spirit”, happy experience.

I prefered to this hotel for business trip and stayed almost 6 day. First day I wanted to sleep on the first day and tried to turn off all lights, but the electric wirings of the room was broken and I said the reception to change my room. They gave me different room and faced with the same situation and I tried to find a room where the electricity was off from 23:00 to 00:00. Althought I experienced with this situation, they dont give me any apology gift and treated this situation as normal. This hotel failed in terms of hospitality in my eyes. I will not choose this hotel again for my business trips unless I have to. Besides even though it was one degree outside at night, I woke up many times in my room because I was cold because the heating system was turned off at night. I have never had this experience in any hotel. Thank you so much me and all hotel teams :)

Convenient to the train station (across the street) and old town. Staff is friendly. Rooms are very small, but well appointed. Skip the breakfast.

One of the best hotels l have been to in Germany. The staff was amazing ,breakfast was exquisite, room was extra clean. Location was just on point. Keep up the good work. Thank you so much for making my stay memorable.
