Did not receive the room type that we had booked on this site. We paid extra for a suite that was supposed to have two beds, "1 Double Bed and 1 Twin Bed", with total capacity of 3 people, and were instead given a room with just 1 (inseparable) bed. Upon seeing the room and contacting the staff, they refused responsibility for this discrepancy and said that room types are not guaranteed. The only offer they made was for us to pay double for a second room for that same night. We have been working to get a partial refund ever since, and the hotel has been obstinately fighting us. Be very careful with this hotel if room layout is critical to you.

This property was SO beautiful. The property had everything you need which made it hard to leave. The staff was amazing and were helpful in helping us book a rental and get rides to the port. The restaurant on the property was also excellent. Quick walk to the beach where there are a couple of restaurants.

Lovely, elegant, spotless. The average grade for service reflects the breakfast team. Lacked training. Limited inter-personal skills. And the croissants were hard. Despite all that I would return. Excellent reception staff day and night.

Great hotel , very comfortable and great swimming pool and great beach down the track next to the hotel. The drinks were expensive in the bar, so we tended to go into town instead.

Just don’t bother with this overrated overpriced hotel. We spent 10 nights there and were terribly disappointed..very basic rooms at a high price 480 euro per night on what should have been no more than €180-200 at t most. Restaurant was hugely overpriced and the breakfast was was very basic compared to other expensive places we have stayed. Mini bar and bar prices were just ridiculous with a small bottle of water costing €4 and a whiskey with ice at €12. Staff at main desk don’t seem to care,when I mentioned how basic the rooms were for the price they couldn’t care less. Wifi in this day and age is a simple thing but not here. No wifi in restaurant or pool area. Just don’t waste your money

I called expedia to cancel the day i arrive to find a substandard false advertising picture that was not close to the room that we were given. teh hotel would not entertain any credit unless Expedia sent them an email which you did not and i am extremely frustrated that i have paid over 3500 dollars and did not stay at this disc=gusting hotel . when we complained they took us to another room and wanted us to pay even more for an upgrade . this pathetic . I am demanding that expedia pick up the phone and call me. when i did call , called the UK office , then was told that i had to speak to USA as my account is a .com account . I finally after 20 min holding got thought to find i was a gold vip member and again was sent to another call centre which i waited on line for 30 minutes . I dont reside in USA and cannot call 1800 number The hotel misled me and my family and did not stay one night at the hotel The room was musty the towels were old and smelly the cost of 350 pounds did not warrant the location i have taken a video of the room and will send out on social media I am happy to forfeit one day but not 4 !!!! please come back to me urgently

Gorgeous seaside location with an organized beach just steps away. The rooms are stylishly decorated and the grounds lovely. The prettiest landscaping on any resort we have seen. Large, open marbled floor reception area with a beautiful bar and seating area just off towards the pool. Pool area is the perfect spot to watch the sunsets and is large and well designed. Delicious breakfast!

The property itself was beautiful and the rooms were clean. Unfortunately, the managerial staff were not accommodating or helpful in the slightest.

The staff at this hotel was excellent and very accommodating however the hotel itself lacks many details to be rated or considered anything close to a four or five star. The bed was very uncomfortable. The showerhead sprayed water all over the entire bathroom which indicates this room was never checked before a guest arrived. Also there was a green light on the cooling unit that shines right into your face all night long. The hotel does not offer any free pick up from the port which is very disappointing. They also want to charge you 5 Euro for a very small bottle of water which is ridiculous.

The property was absolutely stunning!! Literally the "awe factor" when I saw the pool. They take great pride in the lawns and gardens here. The pool faces the beach which is a 10 min or so walk. The staff was very friendly especially The bartender, Dimitris! My room was beautiful and a great size, only downfall was the bathroom and the bath towels were the size of hand towels... I actually thought it was a handicap bathroom at first, but didn't see the bars on the wall. Just super basic. Other than that, everything was perfect! I'd stay here again! Loved the location!

Yria hotel is a beautiful property with gorgeous gardens and a tranquil pool. The rooms are very comfortable and most of the staff very accommodating. The menu is a bit limited and food options are rather expensive but there is a clean beach 50 meters away with taverna and bar options. (They are not connected to hotel) The beach is organized with umbrellas and seating. The food is also amazing at these beach restaurants. Yria is a short taxi ride away from port, 10-15 Euros max. If you get transport from hotel they will charge you 50 euros. Although I did not use the spa, the area looked very nice. It seemed to be a private area for one person or a couple, at a time. A bit different than other spas I have been to. Overall, Yria is a very nice resort, relaxing and inviting. Its best to rent a car or a quad as walking to other beaches or town is too far.

Great breakfast, very welcoming staff that go out of their way to assist you. They booked opera tickets for us, a tour to Santorini and a ferry to Mykonos, it all went without a hitch.

It was an amazing place. The staff, especially Nicholas and the breakfast crew were amazing. My favorite part was that it smelled so amazing when we walked outside of amazing herbs and flowers, similar to how I grew up in Greece. Thank you
