This place was absolutely adorable, I love the decorations and I met the owner who was super sweet. It’s a great location. I would stay here again in the summer. The location is amazing.

Such a great stay in the heart of Reykjavik. Rooms were great and comfortable and a short walk to everything around it. The staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay here again the next time we come.

This hotel is perfect! It’s in the middle of everything! Lots of restaurants and bars around it, clubs, coffee shops, bus stops, ice skating rink, etc. Some of the reviews complained about how loud it gets on the weekend and it was pretty loud but they provide ear plugs and I was on the back side of the hotel so I had no trouble sleeping. The decor is really cute as well!

Arrived with no drinks (tea, coffee, milk etc) in room. Radiator did not work and was obviously known as an elecric one was in room. Window was drafty

Our stay at City Center Hotel was great. I love the eclectic surroundings, coziness of the room, kind housekeeping staff and the service from the front desk was exceptional! Baktus the Cat was an added bonus. We didn’t know we’d be meeting a star! The location is PERFECT! You’re literally in the center of it all with quick access to shopping, dining and entertainment. Overall the hotel was very good. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Strangely there was a coffee pod machine (and some pods supplied) but there was no milk or tea bags in the room. The room lighting was not very bright which made finding things in our luggage a bit challenging at times but that wasn't a problem otherwise. Not having bin liners in the waste bins meant we used the toilet bin for our rubbish to try to keep the room clean.
But minor issues aside the property was very good, ideally located and extremely comfortable.

Service was amazing. Clean rooms, clean shower. Room cleaned every morning upon request to a stunning standard. Came for girlfriend’s 21st birthday and the room was upgraded without ask. Will recommend to anyone and everyone coming to the city!

A cute boutique hotel in a great location. The hotel felt a bit old, but the decor is chic and the staff was friendly. Parking was a pain during the day but once foot traffic died down you could find plenty of free street parking until 9 AM the next morning. My only complaint is that they gave me a room on thy 2nd floor, which was immediately above street level overlooking the hustle and bustle. I could hear the bars in my ears while trying to sleep.

A great little centre hotel, on the Main Street with plenty of bars and restaurants. It’s pretty much close to everything you want to do as a tourist. The room, small, but had everything you need, mini bar in my room (207) although you just need to be aware of potential noise from the various bars (Irish and English bars) very close. Didn’t bother me, close window and most of it is blocked out. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, allowed us an extra hour for check out.. location excellent, facilities great. Would recommend.

Very good location for dining and sightseeing, but night club across the street extremely loud until 4am on weekends (hotel does provide ear plugs).
