Wonderful small hotel. Easy parking and check in. Wonderful staff and the breakfast was really great! Everything was fresh and neatly displayed.

Small hotel located in housing neighborhood. Main entrance is on the side, not clearly marked and difficult to find during night hours. No one on front desk, although all room keys were laid out for self-pickup. However, room was excellent, everything was new and clean. So, just a little inconvenient to arrive and check-in. But overall a good place to crash, sleep, and go.

It was quaint and quiet. Our beds were made daily and we got clean towels. The bathroom doors are clear frosted glass that leave little to the imagination so if youre traveling with friends keep that in mind. Id definstely use them again.

We were not a fan of the self check-in. Our key card didn't work. We had to return to the reception desk to phone a member of staff, who instructed us to phone a different member of staff. Our room had a funky smell, though it was clean. Convenient for our early morning departure from Keflavik. Wouldn't stay here if it weren't out of necessity.

It was clean comfortable enough. Shower provides a lot of hot water, but it was a little difficult to control the temperature. I wish it had shampoo available. Breakfast is simple but good enough for a couple of days stay. And it was quite nice to be able to have it after 4AM. Speaking of location, it is very convenient because 24/7 market is nearby.

There were a few touristy sites as well as restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Check in was easy. The hotel was clean, warm and comfortable and everything was straightforward and simple.

Room was small and smelled initially. We were able to air it out. Bed was very comfortable. Expedia should include hotel email address on reservation confirmation. I had to find it by other means.

The floor was sticky. I wanted to take a shower before catching my flight, but the shower system was broken, and I gave up after tossing around for a while and not being able to open it.

This hotel seems to be over rated on Expedia. Room was OK, a little small, compared to others. The breakfast was not nearly as good or have the variety we have come to expect. It seems that hotel rooms near the airport and in Reykjavík are smaller with smaller breakfast and not as nice as same price rooms throughout Iceland.

I don't want to say anything bad, there is nothing great. I needed a hotel to stay over night due to flight changes and picked this one due to the ratings. I was not comfortable walking around the area and I walk all over the world from my hotel. My taxi driver did not know where to go, I had to give him directions. The bed was very comfortable, the room was large and the view out my window of the ocean were the pluses.

We had a short over night stay. Website says airport transfers available. They we not. Taxi from airport was $35. The light by the sink was not working, and there was major dust under the bed. Speaking of the bed, the mattress was very firm. Breakfast was included, which was self service. All cold items, very basic. I would probably not stay there again

Staff wasn't there it's fend for yourself. Our window kept flying open middle of the night because the winds were so strong and the window latch was broken off. Temperature out was 3° c and there was nobody on duty to get help. The bathroom floor was soaked every time you would take a shower because the floor sloped away from the drain.

Hotel Jazz is amazing. Great location, central to all restaurants, shopping and water. We loved the self service check in , check out. Free parking out front of the hotel, and the free breakfast was great for an early morning airport departure. We would stay here again!

Hotel was fine for an overnight stay before our flight. The shower was pretty gross in the corners and we wore sandals to shower. There was also a strange smell that I was able to get out. Overall fine for one night but would not recommended

I hate to be a downer, but I’m really disappointed.
The Bad.
1. The sheets weren’t replaced, I found a lot of hair from other people on mine and they weren’t fresh.
2. No staff upon arrival.
3. Dirty shower
4. “Not allowed” to open the window and circulate the air in my room.
5. Cheapest sheets ever.
6. Cheapest towels.
The Good.
1. Very well located.
2. Quiet.
3. Good mattress (not great).
4. Electric plugs close to bed.
5. Warm shower.
Conclusion.
Too expensive for what it offers, not staying here again.

It was a nice place relatively close to the airport, if you need a one night stay then it’s good. The only issue we had was the shower drain seemed to be plugged or slowly draining, other than that it was good!
