Overall stay good. Need better communication for charges against facilities and amenities provided for extra guest.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very pleased with my accommodations. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the room's design and amenities. The overall experience was quite enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to others.

It was a pleasant stay at Oakwood Residency, spacious and fully equipped. Well trained, soft spoken & efficient staff. Food was very good.

This is the best apartment hotel in Pune at the appropriate rate

The rooms are really lovely and thoughtfully laid out. And they have maintained the hotel beautifully. Although it has been functioning for many years, it appears to be brand new. Also the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

The property is in a very nice, quiet area & within walking distance to Koregaon Park which has many shops & restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful, attentive & accomodating & made my stay very comfortable. The room was clean & well equipped but could be spruced up a bit, especially the curtains/blinds. The food was good, but mostly Indian. Would recommend they have more of Continental/Asian cuisines. Would definitely stay there again & recommend it to friends. The overall stay was excellent, and the staff was generally accommodating and smiling. The breakfast food quality was not good as we expected, but the dining in-room service was excellent. Housekeeping was excellent. Parking is the issue with very narrow, limited spaces you must ask reception to reserve. There were a few very lovely guys smiling Always and greeting you with lots of positivity, including Mr Eknath Shinde and Amol from the restaurant. They both are accommodating. The restaurant I will give it 9/10. Reception staff that I will give a 5/10 and needs improvement. Security Staff I will give 6/10, but I like Sardar Jee very nice and helpful early morning shift. Please don't ask the hotel to arrange airport pickup and drop off as their Sudan cars are not good enough in terms of Capacity and condition. Better you use OLA or Uber. Overall I will give them 7/10 and would love to book them again.I spent three weeks and will write my review in more details next time.

Apartment hotel with good breakfast and reliable internet service

Very spacious and clean; probably the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at before. I liked having a kitchenette, a lounging area, and balcony in addition to the bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast had many options. Also enjoyed using the pool table downstairs.

Amazing place to stay, very well located, many restaurants close by, loved the apartments, and will definitely stay again!

airport transportation, check-in and check-out were smooth. the room was clean and comfortable. the spread offered at breakfast was extensive, varied, tasty, and offered with smiles and cheer. every staff member we spoke to was courteous and professional, and seemed genuinely interested in making our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

It is a great location, nestled in a quiet area, but yet accessible to great food outlets in the vicinity. The hotel itself is good value for money with it's pricing, and they are very flexible in handling guest requirements.

We Always stay at Oakwood apartments when in pune. Very convenient apartments near koregaon park. Good service and friendly, helpful staff. Kitchenette was well equipped and living room comfortable. Verandah gives that openness to the apartment. Was nice to enjoy tea there though not much view. Breakfast layout was good. We are vegetarian n there was enough for vegetarians to have. We ordered a waffle n really enjoyed it. Room service too was efficient n prompt. These apartments give all the home comforts and we really enjoyed our stay. 1 thing I have to point out that I specially liked was that the rooms were nice and brightly lit. Small desk in living room made it easy to work on laptop. We did not have much time to avail of all the facilities but the hotel has a good gym and a decent pool.

This place is a home away from home. The apartment/room is very comfortable, the staff is very friendly, food is good and atmosphere is pleasant. It is also quiet which is very tough in a city in India. Because it is on a smaller road, off of a bigger road, there is less traffic and is quiet but still close to shops and things (10-15 min walk to FabIndia!).
