so far okay, but sadly the wifi is really bad
the problem is there is no signal and the wifi is useless so it's hard to play with your phone
the facilities are also incomplete, before staying there I checked the review on ytb it was very complete but when I got there I had to rent a magicom for 100 thousand, I had already brought it for cooking so I couldn't, there was only a stove and plates

Staying there for 3 days 2 nights was very pleasant, the outdoor parking facilities were quite good, all the family were happy.
There are only a few things that need to be improved.
1. The staff is very good, it's just lacking a bit of a set because maybe the area is large.
2. The swimming pool is lacking attention, when I went there the water was not good.
3. There was a small snake in the bathroom but I didn't report it to the staff because it could be overcome.
Overall this place is very suitable for those who want to vacation with family and hopefully when I come back all the playground areas will have been repaired 🥰

H-1 I have confirmation to Alfa Resort but was not informed that the villa was undergoing renovations up to the swimming pool. And when checking in the front office did not inform me if there was a compliment of a hot spring outside the villa area because the villa was under renovation. I was informed by the front office at checkout time. This time I was disappointed with Alfa Resort's service.

This is the worst place we ever stayed. Dirty floor, bed spread, billows, dust, bad smell, mosquito etc., we left the room in mid night, since all family members started feeling discomfort and itchiness.

Not as expected. The place is under renovation, so it's not comfortable. No towels and toiletries. Asked for new ones, and only 1 in each room. The water is a bit murky, the shower in the bathtub doesn't work, and many more. Oh dear, it's very disappointing. Hopefully it will be better in the future.

the hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. but the swimming pool facility that the children were waiting for was still under development, and for the room where the sink was located, the hose was leaking so the water was everywhere and the breakfast was so so. But I got a room with a nice view. for a vacation with my family I think the price is very affordable. the location is not too far, only the last climb is quite a bit 🙂

Staffs are friendly. Room cleanliness not as good, got dirty sheet and need to ask for replacement. Bathroom also got problem (leaking pipe). Need to ask for repair. The room is very spacious, complete with kitchen and equipment, friendly staff, there is a rabbit cage, there is a children's playground, large bed, bathtub bathroom, good hot water, very good facilities, very good service, next time I want to come here again with my whole family, hopefully I can get a good promo price again.
