When I wanted to check out in the morning, I had to wait for the receptionist to wake up first and with a pillow face. Even though it was 06.51 and there were also other guests who wanted to ask about breakfast, I was confused about where to ask because there was no one/staff in the restaurant and reception. For the receptionist, if you want to gossip about guests with their work friends, make sure the guests are really not there anymore, I just got up from the counter and was still waiting for the elevator and my friend told me about it. Standard room size, clean and tidy room, but unfortunately the color of the sheets and blankets are already worn out. The AC is cold, the hotel location is very strategic, the staff are also friendly, the parking lot is not spacious enough.

Good staff, good service, good restaurant, bathroom (-) waterhiet not working, no air freshener so it's a bit uncomfortable because of the smell, leaky roof, dirty balcony, and no coffee/tea water heater. Last disappointed because the swimming pool can't be used while it's being repaired.

The hotel needs renovation, the door is hard to close, when it rains heavily water seeps into the room until there is a puddle. The receptionist and maintenance have no solution with the excuse that the room is full. The male waiter is not helpful, the spoon and glass of food are often empty, even the sunny side up order is not made, the female front desk receptionist is also not friendly. It's a shame that the building and hotel are nice but the internal performance is like this. So sad.
