I stayed 1 night at this hotel, the location is okay, the price is also okay for a budget hotel, the lack of hospitality from the staff, when I was waiting for the receptionist to receive a call, she served me while on the phone, as far as I know as a receptionist she should ask permission from the guest in front of her to receive a call if it is urgent or hang up if the call is not too urgent, because she was busy with her phone finally she forgot to copy my ID card and finally WA me at night to ask for a photo of my ID card. The second time when I wanted to rest I opened the bedcover, there were many blood stains on the sheet, I know this sheet must have been washed but as far as I know if the sheet already has too many spots, the bedsheet will not be used again (OO), I know that this hotel is a budget hotel where operational costs must be reduced but in terms of bedsheets that have stains it is better not to use them. Amaris Hotel is one of the Santika groups, it should have a fairly OK standard, additional notes for GM in the corridor on the 2nd floor in the glass area there are too many cigarette butts, please wipe the gallons and dispensers in the corridor too dirty, the fast food area with wooden floors can be scheduled to be brushed, the public toilets in the lobby are also not very clean. Other guests after eating do not immediately leave, instead they are busy chatting, so guests who have not eaten have to wait standing longer because there are no chairs and places to wait, there is no lobby like a hotel, there is no lounge for guests to relax, having to wait in line for other guests to have breakfast is annoying. It is very unfortunate, the staff who are already good have to be bad because the hotel facilities are inadequate, the hotel manager must think about this. adjust the existing rooms, the number of guests who are full with minimal hotel facilities and are unable to accommodate them. not considered trivial. guest is king and guest has paid during check in, Guest come not for free. The broken water heater was not immediately handled properly, stayed for 3 nights and the hot water did not turn on at all. There were lots of small cockroaches in the room, the bathroom floor was very slippery, coincidentally I got a room with a cold AC 🥲

The bathroom faucet doesn't work, the shower is broken, the towels are dirty and so is the cloth on the bed, the original white color has turned brown hehehhee

Enjoyed my stay here for a short term. The room always cleaned everyday and the breakfast was very good with variety of meals choice. Worth the price. Maybe can add more trashbin in the bathroom.

Happy with the experience of staying at the hotel. Very accessible to main road and food center. Preferable for a short term stay and the staff are very accomodating.
