I booked 2 rooms, but 1 room 112 the AC was not cold, I called the technician but it was still not cold. The breakfast menu was not varied enough, the chicken was tough, it should not have been given sour vegetables in the morning. The waffle maker should have been in the place of the white bread, not for baking croissants. The fruit and omelettes ran out and were not refilled. The waiters at the restaurant were not very responsive.
