Kamar tidak bau rokok, kamar tidak lembab, kamar mandi bersih tidak ada lumut, air berfungsi dengan baik, kulkas dingin berfungsi, tv berfungsi, lampu terang, ac juga dingin, lantai nya bersih tidak kotor. Cuman warna sprei dan sarung bantal nya rada kuning kuning mungkin bisa di rendem pake pemutih yah. Terima kasih 👍semoga ke depan kalo nginep bisa di kasih diskon 😁

Kecewa sih nginap di sini, seprei nya kotor dan bau, bantal dan selimut jugaa. Di handuk ada noda banyak. Gak lagi deh nginap di sini. Asli gabisa tidur. Di laci tempat tidur juga ada handuk seperti nya tidak di cuci.

Hello Asri Manurung, we apologize in advance for the inconvenience, during the check-in process we informed you that the studio room is for 2 adults, with one child. Not suitable for 4 adults, and you stay at our accommodation for several days, if you have a complaint about the room being unclean you can convey it directly to us, and even for the second day, you will have no problem with the room we provide. We always change bed linen and towels every time a guest checks out. And it's true, we put used towels in a separate and locked room drawer, we ask guests not to force the drawer open. In the room there is an information board in the room about rules & regulations during your stay. We understand, you are trying to review your disappointment, please look at our accommodation from a different perspective, you can also compare similar accommodation in terms of cleanliness and tidiness of the rooms, that our accommodation is the best in its class for the Ciputat area and its surroundings. Before the check-in process, we already informed via phone and re-info whatsapp text clearly the key taking process. Hi Fadillah, Previously we apologize for the inconvenience, our accommodation is not allowed to smoke, smoking is allowed on the balcony with the door to the room closed, or in an outdoor room. Our accommodation applies a deposit and is refunded after guests check out via transfer, regarding deposits and in the room you cannot smoke, we have clearly informed Traveloka that non-smoking rooms & deposits are refundable. Stayed for 4 days, was quite pleasant, the room was clean, the bathroom was also clean, the air conditioner was cold, just for the tv the picture was not clean and the size of the queen bed mattress when up was made to be the king size PSI was more stable.
