Dirty room, very strong cigarette smell, lots of cigarette ash, used cooking utensils that haven't been washed, clogged bathroom, clogged sink, no hot water. Bed sheets like they were used by the previous occupant.

The bed sheets were dirty as if they had been used by someone and hadn't been replaced, the TV couldn't be used, the bathroom smelled, there was no wifi, the signal was difficult.

Dari segi ac dingin, kamar cukup bersih tapi bed sprei ga diganti alias kotor dan sofa juga cukup kotor. Ada kulkas, termos air panas, alat masak & makan juga rice cooker. Minusnya ga dikasih alat mandi alasan habis, handuk cuma 1 dan itu pun jelek banget, wifi ga ada dan saya gatau harus nonton apa di tv karena ga ada wifi. Honest review, a bit less thorough but the fact of the location is also a bit off putting. The previous day I got the same rate at another property but because the CPBA was full here. The plus is that you get a high floor and the person who delivers the keys is friendly. The minus. Wait for the appointment key at 8.30 to arrive at the location at 9.25. No wifi (apparently there is information in the facilities) no water heater. TV uses STB but there is no signal at all so it's useless. There is a kitchen but minus a refrigerator. Plus, from 2am in the morning the lights suddenly went out (no token switch) and I tried contacting 3 property contacts with no response at all, so the terrace door was opened because it was stuffy and there was no air at all. Maybe the room facilities could be taken better care of and paid more attention to.

The room smells nice and neat, the AC takes a long time to cool down because the weather in Bekasi is hot, I recommend staying here, just waiting for the key to take a while, Shayy.

Kecewa banget, dapet bedcover nya bekas orang, dan ada beberapa bercak noda dan masih basah, sepertinya dipakai orang sebelum saya dan tidak diganti, jijik banget! Tapi untuk alat masak dapur lengkap semua, cuma itu plus nya.

Long check-in time, waiting for about 30 minutes. Pay for your own parking. When I entered the room, I was greeted by itchy ants. The TV doesn't have any channels, I've tried setting it myself, but it still doesn't catch the set top box signal. I've tried WA but no one has come to set up the TV. Hopefully the quality and service will be further improved. Bad first impression.
