The room condition is smelly, there are cockroaches and spider webs. The sheets, bed covers, pillow cases, bolster cases are clearly not changed and smelly. The bed looks like it has been used because it looks messy. The admin chatted regarding the condition of the room did not reply, until I had to go down to the lobby and return the room key. I do not recommend this place for people who are concerned about cleanliness.

Tower unit d 1107 apartment full of cockroaches, wet sheets full of liquid used by someone and not replaced, complain to the indifferent and irresponsible manager. For the price of 400 thousand, it is not worth it

Just entered the room, it smelled of cigarettes. The bed and sofa were dirty. The bathroom was also not cleaned properly. Actually, the place is nice, close to everywhere. But the apartment is not very clean.

For the admin, please don't be slow to respond, and what's worse, they don't give towels, toothbrushes, and soap. Wifi is not even informed in chat and there is no response to the phone until the end of the stay, there is a lot of homework, hello sleep. Please fix it so that many people are interested

The location is strategic, the price is very affordable, just need to improve the quality of service and facilities, such as no wifi, the electricity has been off since 7 am even though the minimum check out time is 8, you have to wait for the office to open first.

Got a price of 500k on weekends for a studio room. The toilet smells of urine, no mineral water, no gas stove, no tissue, no shampoo and soap. The room is full of cockroaches, everywhere there are cockroaches roaming around.

The admin is different (from what is written in this application) and cannot be contacted by telephone. They wrote free wifi but I was given a room that didn't have wifi, the whatsapp admin is rude and not helpful.

If it wasn't because I had to go to Bandung in a hurry, I don't think I would have taken this room. For the service, it was okay because I wanted to make a reservation at 22.30 and was still served. As soon as I entered the room, it was stuffy, smelled musty, there was no cupboard (how can a studio apartment not have a cupboard), the kitchen set was dirty, I couldn't cook because there was no gas or refillable water, the kitchen cupboard was also very dirty, there were 2 gallons of mineral water but they were empty, the trash wasn't thrown away, the refrigerator wasn't cold, I couldn't even access to watch movies because the wifi was down (according to the room owner), I confirmed but the answer was that the wifi was down, there was no follow-up action, the AC wasn't cold, the spring bed, oh my, it's called a spring bed, but it's more comfortable to sleep on a 500 thousand rupiah foam mattress, it was noisy too, maybe the same as the neighbor's room because the squeaking sound of the spring bed springs could be heard from the next room that was "doing activities". The bathroom was very very dirty and unkempt, moss and yellowing everywhere, smelled musty, never cleaned maybe every time someone checked out. Please, for managers or unit owners, pay attention to the units being rented, don't just know how to make money. Big thanks!

It was really scary, the lights were very dark, the toilet was so blocked that it flooded, everything in the room smelled musty, there was no wifi, and the worst thing was that there were a lot of people disturbing there, there were lots of strange sounds, it was really scary and my partner also heard the sound of a man "slitting loudly over and over again." , it's impossible if it was the sound in the next room because when I checked there was no other room next to this room at the end near the elevator.

Tidak sesuai di foto, tempatnya kurang bersih mulai dari kasur/spray/badcover tidak dicuci dipakai terasa gatal, korden tidak pernah dicuci/bersihkan sepertinya kotor dan berbau tengik, handuk tengik. Tidak ada meja kerja sesuai foto, kamar mandi sempit, beberapa bagian dinding sudah berjamur. Dapur kurang terawat dan ada bekas botol minuman Alkohol. Menyesal saya menginap di sini jangan tergiur dengan iklan yang bagus sumpah sangat sangat tidak rekomendasi.
