Seperti review yang lain, pemegang kunci agak telat dari jam seharusnya yaitu jam 2. Untuk kamarnya sangat luas, wifi ada, bantal lengkap, TV juga sudah Smart TV, perlengkapan dapur super lengkap, pemandangan sangat bagus. Hanya saja banyak kecowa kecil entah dari mana dan di lemari dapur sangat kotor coba dibersihkan dan dibasmi kecowanya pasti sangat baik. Jika kalian takut kecowa saya tidak rekomen tempat ini.

Very, very bad and severe for the rest of my life I have stayed outside, from the start there was no room boy on standby at the apart to tell me the process of entering the room and taking the key, entering the room already smelled musty and had not been cleaned for a long time, lots of small cockroaches everywhere ! It was very, very dirty, the bed sheets were also dusty, and this really made me emotional from the start when I stayed, the main room lights were all off and for 2 nights I slept, the lights weren't replaced, I complained that they just threw them around and told me to wait, very -very unprofessional!

Lumayan posisi kamarnya worth it semua kamar ada pemandangannya, tapi agak kurang bersih ada kecoa kecil di pintu kamar mandi dan sofa tengah, yang paling kurang nyaman sih management waktu pada saat check-in nya aga ribet, di aplikasi ketentuan jam 2 tapi pengelola minta waktu sampe jam 3 katanya masih ada penghuni lain jadi belum bersih-bersih, bukannya jam check-out ketentuan jam 12 ya? Jadi agak ribet deh intinya kalo mau check-in bener-bener komunikasiin dari pagi deh kalo bisa, hal lainnya masih okelah.

In the application there is a notification that you have to enter the hour on time, it's arrived on time, the key is even tentative, you have to complain first. Early in the morning on the phone, someone wanted to fix the bathroom and it had to be that day because it was busy. They still have to pay 100k for parking because they are not informed that they have to use a special card.

Very disappointing. Dirty and dusty place. The sheets have lots of fluff and hairs. That night my mother was itchy all over when she started lying on her bed. Curtains were very, very dusty. The trash can has a lot of ash like dry cigarette butts. I will attach a photo. Long story short: I rented out the unit to my parents and little nephew there. I complained when I arrived at the unit, and the Indonesian apatel said that I would just send staff to clean it, then the parents and children had to be disturbed again especially during a pandemic like this ??? Why not from the beginning before check-in is cleared first ??? And the most epic is the answer from the Indonesian apatel, if "the level of cleanliness for each person is different" I attach the photos. To assess the level of cleanliness referred to by the Indonesian apatel. It is unfortunate that under the auspices of traveloka there is a very embarrassing service. As a result, I had to send more sheets and bed covers to those who slept there, there was no small amount of laundry costs! You know, it's better to rent at a more expensive price but in a humane place!

Thank you mom for the review that has been given. Previously we have tried to fulfill every mother's wish. Starting from early check-in, and when the mother came in complaining that the sheets were not clean, we also immediately sent our staff there to change the sheets and re-clean the unit, but the mother did not give our staff in. And when you asked for compensation for your personal londry bed sheet, we also asked for how much it cost, and proof that you replaced it with a personal sheet because at check out, our sheets were still attached (messy like sleeping use) but the mother didn't respond anymore. We apologize for the inconvenience that you feel, we will improve our services again. Thank you, always healthy
