Great place to stay and we decided to have staycation here three of us. We have toddler aged 2 years old, and she was very happy as she had a great stay with plenty of facilities available. Highly recommended for family with kids. And the restaurant, close to the swimming pool, named "Damar", offer various menu, from Indonesian, Asian, Western cuisine with great taste.

2nd time staying here! Now the hotel is more accessible with the new Exit Tol Bogor Selatan, only around 5-10 mins from there! It was my mom's birthday, and we got a complimentary cake. Thanks to the staff at front desk! The request was supposed to be made at least 3 days prior, but he helped us in getting the cake. Overall very nice and helpful service. The breakfast is nice. Tips: watch the sunset by the pool, and sunrise from the balcony of your mountain view room!

Everything is super until one staff at the Botanica ruined our mood of swimming there. Well, we stayed at Pesona and he keeps reminding us swimming at the resort like we don't belong there. Definitely going to Le Eminence with super duper gorgeous view and super friendly staff.

- Staff : Ramah banget, gercep, sangat responsif, sopan, baik, dan rapih.
-Security : gokil, ramah banget, antusias, sangat membantu, informatif, dan baik banget. (apresiasi selalu ku kasih sarapan roti atau tips)
- Kamar : Water heater berfungsi sangat baik, Kamar mandi bersih, kamarbersihk, fasilitas sesuai foto gak tipu tipu,dapet perlengkapan mandi, snack,welcome drink, dan kopi,permen dan minuman coklat. kamar luas, kasur bersih dan wangi.ah pokoknya 10/10.
-Parkiran: Luas,motor aman karna kalo mau keluar kita ditanya kunci sama sebutin nomor kamar dan bukti kunci kamar,motors di cuciin jam 22:00 .
-makanan : Enak bangettt sumpah ga boong saya udah coba hampir semua dan enak enak.
dan ku dapet oleh oleh gantungan lucu dari mereka.
