However, we would also like to apologize for the inconvenience you experienced regarding the noise in the room, especially due to its proximity to the elevator, as well as the unpleasant experience at breakfast. Regarding the noise and morning sound check, we are very sorry that it disturbed your rest time. We will review the room placement and technical coordination so that something like this does not happen again, especially in an area that should be a quiet resting place for guests.
