The hotel staff is very friendly, the welcome drink is delicious and refreshing, free upgrade without additional costs, the room is clean and comfortable, the bathroom is also okay, the toilet has water, there is a hair dryer, unfortunately the shower is not usable, so you have to soak. The experience of staying at Aston Kuta was very pleasant. The service was friendly starting from the receptionist, housekeeping, room service, to the restaurant, all were friendly. Even our family was greeted during breakfast, the service was also responsive when there were dirty plates, they were immediately picked up. It was extraordinary. However, the furniture in the room was still a bit too old, maybe it could be upgraded again. Overall it was very pleasant

I stayed 2 nights in a 2 bedroom Suite room. Quite satisfied there. The location is close to the airport, easy access although the road in front of the hotel is sometimes congested. Unfortunately when I was there, there was a renovation of some parts of the hotel so it was a bit uncomfortable when I saw some messy areas. My room area and its surroundings were still safe. The swimming pool is quite large, but for some reason it doesn't tempt me to swim. Maybe because the position of the edge of the swimming pool is made high so that when passing by it you can't see the fun of the swimming pool water. Overall everything is okay and quite satisfied.

The hotel is old and needs immediate renovation. In some places it looks dull and the paint has faded. The bedroom smells bad. There is stagnant water in the bathroom under the sink. The carpet in the corridor leading to the room smells.
