We booked 2 superior rooms with connecting door, both of them have no covering on the floor tile so we have to wear sandals while we were at the room. But anyway I loved the breakfast they served. Quite various and all of them was delicious. Moreover, The service is excellent. They responds our need quickly and friendly.

Strategic location after exit toll pasteur. Awesome and delicious breakfast menu. Clean bed, pillows, bedsheets, towels and bathroom.

All the staffs are friendly. The check in process went well. Many thanks to Aston Pasteur for upgrading our room from Superior Room to Executive Deluxe Room for free. The room is spacious, clean, and super comfy. Breakfast was delicious too.

it's very nice hotels at good location, easy to find and easy access in and out from the tollway. very helpful staff. wish to would definitely return to stay at the hotel again when we go to Bandung.

Every time I go to Bandung, I always stay at Aston Pasteur because it is strategic, comfortable, and has many breakfast options. It's just a shame that the towels need to be replaced because they are very old and shabby.

Overall quite good, only uncomfortable is the bathroom divider glass that uses blur glass, so when people are taking a shower will look transparent silhouette. Also when the bathroom is turned on at night, the bedroom will be translucent light from the bathroom. For drinks I tried bandrek, the taste is very very sweet, please improve it.

The location is not far from the toll gate and the staff are friendly. The only downside is that there are only 2 lifts, and there are a lot of guests so the waiting time is long.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, okay breakfast menu. It's just that sometimes waiting for the elevator is long. There are 4 elevators but only 2 can be used. But the rest is really good, easy access close to the toll gate. The surrounding culinary is quite delicious and close, just walking can get delicious food✨✨

Overall there is no problem with the comfort of the room and the location is quite strategic. It's just that the room is not soundproof.
But if the question is will we be back to stay at the hotel? the answer will definitely be NOPE. The hotel is good but the facilities are very bad. 11 floors, but there are only 2 lifts that function to go up to the 3rd floor and above.
Going down the room is very difficult, especially if you bring a toddler. At breakfast time, we had to wait 10 minutes in front of the lift, but it was always full. Finally, we went down using the emergency stairs from the 8th floor while carrying our child.
The restaurant is very unconducive. Dirty!
Food is scattered on the left and right sides of the buffet. Cutlery is finished, bowls, spoons and forks are not available, with the excuse that they are finished and being taken behind.
Instead of enjoying it, we are actually annoyed with the conditions.
You all should do it better.

This hotel is my family's choice, especially the family room plus breakfast. The strategic location is very easy to reach when going to Bandung. Close to shopping centers and has a fairly adequate fitness center.
