Just a few notes from my experience while staying here
1. Google home device
- A bit slow, unresponsive
- The screen has started to burn-in
- It would be better if you could turn off the lights & close the windows
2. When checking in, the manual registration process via the website
- It just makes it complicated for guests
- It seems better to just serve them
- Plus uploading an ID card
- which is then uploaded via email
- makes you feel uncomfortable

Cozy Hotel, Friendly and welcoming staff from the moment you enter the hotel to the receptionist, for the Ofuro Suite room, it's Nice, clean, neat and in the room there are also snacks "Delicious Cakes and coffee, that's the service & Good Facilities and Breakfast also has a variety of food and Drink choices that I think are delicious" and the Hotel Manager is also Polite, Kind and Friendly / humble by coming to greet and chat for a while during breakfast, the best 👍 and the swimming pool is also clean, the view is also Nice, Keep it up so that many visitors always come back to stay here. Awesome and will be Recommended to colleagues and friends and others to stay here and will come again later to Aston Serang Hotel & Convention Center. Thanks

The staff are very friendly, their tone is soft, they pay attention when the child slips, there are quite a lot of kids activities during the long weekend, 1. Cooking class for kids, 2. Foam Party, 3. Play ground (but unfortunately the kids didn't try it because it was under maintenance), 4. Outdoor Futsal, then... the All you can Eat breakfast has a lot of menus, very varied, I like this the most.
