Room is clean (check), upgraded to deluxe thank you. although it's only one day, I can tell the vibe and atmosphere were truly amazing. I am happy with the service and room in general. a quick check in and check out by the way. however there is something that can be improved. Welcome drink should be there as a first greeting too. I tasted the Jamu kencur and Kunir asem at the breakfast. could be taste of Java for the welcome drink. if I can give this an idea for Welcome drink. Breakfast was average 3/4 stars hotel, but the eggs station would be great if there is someone who made it from the pan by request. It was busy that day but the staff is managed it beautifully. I can tell the vibes are coming from this friendly and warms as well as professionally done by the staff. The pillow case look dull or this is the color of the linen, correct me if I am wrong. but again the room is cleaned and fresh. I would be back for sure if I had a chance again in the future to visit. good luck !!!

The hotel staff is very friendly and informative, the hotel environment is clean and comfortable, the distance to Malioboro is quite close, only the breakfast menu is not very varied and the rice is too watery. My suggestion for this hotel, the breakfast menu could be added with beef teriyaki/chicken teriyaki/chicken soy sauce/sweet and sour fish/etc., grilled sausage (paired with omelettes), several types of cheese (for the bread menu), and for the rice maybe it could be made without too much water (the right amount of rice and water).

A fairly strategic hotel in the middle of the city center, very close to KM 0
There are several food options around the hotel, near souvenir shops too
for this price, it's quite worth it and the breakfast food is quite varied with good taste, the swimming pool is sufficient, and clean
but unfortunately the cleanliness of the bathroom is still lacking, the last night the room's AC leaked, housekeeping cleaned the room carelessly, towels were not replaced, the bathroom was not cleaned, trash was not thrown away 😅
overall good only cleanliness needs to be re-considered, the floor in the corner of the bathroom has started to turn yellow, hopefully it will be a concern for management
