The staff are friendly..
The room & atmosphere are quite comfortable, a bit disturbed by the sound of the neighbor's bell that often rings until it is clearly heard in our room, because it is thought to be our room bell..
For breakfast, although there are not many variations, but it is delicious to enjoy..
My room was flooded near the window, maybe seepage from outside during heavy rain..
The kids are happy with the pool..
Overall my family is comfortable & happy to stay at Azana Essense Sanggabuana Bogor..

Overall it's really good from the price, location and atmosphere of the hotel. There are a few things that need to be considered but not too disturbing such as the dust on the mezzanine floor needs to be cleaned more, the sink drain is a little dripping. Maybe information about the direction of the Qibla can be added. Next staycation again here ππ

Alhamdulillah, I don't regret having made a reservation far in advance via online booking, we stayed during the month of Ramadan because my child and husband happened to have a birthday. The first time I arrived, the atmosphere was already comfortable, the room was beautiful to capture the moment. Even though it's not big, only 2 floors, it's honestly really comfortable. We exchanged breakfast for Sahur (delivered to the room), the food was delicious, all areas were clean. Suitable for bringing family or children, easy access to order food, there are also many choices, you can just walk. The building is unique,
the air exchange is quite good on the 2nd floor.
The restaurant is connected to the lounge like a coffee shop with a uniquely beautiful area, delicious menu, instagrammable, you can enter via the hotel restaurant or exit the hotel parking lot.
A little note for Azana: when I got room 202 on the 2nd floor, the bathroom couldn't be locked, the corridor on the 2nd floor when it rains could probably be repaired again so that it doesn't splash because there is a puddle of rainwater near the prayer room without having to close the corridor so that the air circulation remains good.
2 guests but in the room only provided 1 sandal and 1 toothbrush, as well as coffee and tea each only one.
the others are all OK.

The room was upgraded but not really, the room is right next to the reception without a window to the outside area so you don't know whether it's night or day. The tightness of the room was so poor that even the sound of footsteps could be heard in the room.
