make a sign to the hotel with lights. because finding the location at night is very difficult. google maps shows the wrong direction. the receptionist just woke up at 6:15, we woke up at 5:30 WIB. we had to wait because there was a deposit that had to be taken. fix it. thank you.

Access is a bit difficult, staff is not friendly, cleanliness is ok, comfort is ok, spacious rooms, breakfast menu is not very interesting, no grabfood. The price for transit is not worth it

very extraordinary provide service to its members (gold). continue ... then your role will be even greater. not about value but commitment and certainty, please do what is the next responsibility ============================================= related to the Balian Paradise Resort hotel/villa, as follows. : • blusukan place. • no adequate parking space for 4 wheels, it is very minimal and very narrow. • other new room users immediately complained that the shower water did not flow, and the hot water did not work. • never use a sedan car to this hotel, if you do not want to experience what we experienced (the front bumper was scratched due to the very narrow parking area, and entering the hotel parking area made the sedan car scratch the body). • Many foreigners hang out in the garden area of this hotel/villa and shout as they please, even the hotel staff/waitresses do not dare to reprimand these foreigners firmly.

We are very sorry to hear about the unsatisfactory parking experience, we would like to clarify a little, the parking area is an area that we also pay attention to, equipped specifically in the outdoor area, and we also provide it, a parking lot that can be accessed by 2-wheeled vehicles and 4-wheeled vehicles such as mini buses, and for access to our property is not that big, which requires expertise and precision for customers who drive 4-wheeled vehicles. And the problem with the bathroom facilities, especially the shower, the hot water did not come out, we apologize again. This should not have happened, this sometimes happens because the occupancy rate is high. We will make sure to convey this complaint to the hotel management so that it can be followed up immediately. We will also discuss the issue of noise and your comfort, which is the most important thing for us, of course we have rules / Standard Operational Procedures that must be understood and implemented by all employees. However, we will still discuss your complaint. . Thank you for sharing your experience and we look forward to serving you better in the future.

Because the intention was only for transit, choose the cheapest room. And sure enough, there are fan facilities, TV but you can't set it up, you can't get soap/toothbrush either... basically ready" yourself. Luckily the room is nice, spacious, the hot water bathroom is active, the location is near the beach, lots of cafes "for foreigners to hang out" which is full of surfing... So far, it's not bad if you just make transit from Gilimanuk port...

The hotel staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable, the hotel is beautiful, but this is the first time I've stayed at a hotel and only got 1 small mineral water & the shampoo and soap also got really small. The fried rice is sweet, the noodles are salty 🙈

Lokasi hotel dekat dengan pantai jalan ±5 meter sudah sampai pantai. Suasana hotel juga nyaman ada kolam renang dan tenang. Kamar standard sesuai dengan budget, hanya saja saya kebetulan dapet kamar yang tidak ada tvnya. Masukan saja mungkin di tim kebersihannya bisa lebih detail saat membersihkan kamar, karena di atas lemari masi ada serangga, mungkin karena konsep hotelnya terbuka jadi serangga bisa masuk. Overall oke sih skala 7/10.

Tempat dan lingkungannya bersih juga nyaman, kamar mandi bersih. Dekat dengan pantai, ke pantai berjalan kaki tidak sampai 3 menit. Dekat dengan surf club, dan banyak turis internasional.

Nice hotel, friendly staff (only there is no TV). I arrived here almost midnight due to transit to Bali, but the staff was still ready to wait for my arrival (I noted that I would arrive almost midnight). The next morning, when checking out, my wallet fell in the room, I contacted the hotel and came back (I was already far away), the hotel quickly found and kept my wallet, all the contents of the wallet were intact. Thank You.

Hotel is all new when I come and staff said it was just done renovating. Good service and good place I can surf on the beach (very near only walking distance) hotel still very clean and smells good. Would come back here if I visit Balian next time. They also serve good nasi goreng as breakfast. Thank you for the hospitality 👍🏻.
