Awesome hotel to staycation, friendly staff, complete room facilities and comfortable room atmosphere. The food is delicious and the portions are big. Natural scenery, fresh mountain air, animals are free to roam in the habitat. Highly recommended to staycation with family, especially with children

This hotel is very close with Taman Safari Prigen and the location is surrounded by beautiful mountain views with fresh & cool air. The view of wild animals from hotel room balcony is amazing. The hotel provides interaction sessions with animal giraffes, elephants and ponies horse, that give us unforgettable experience especially for children. The food is also delicious, the rooms are also clean with spacious space. We will come back again for sure

the experience was quite good, the place was quite clean although the mattress was a bit itchy. the experience was fun being able to play with the animals there. the staff seemed less enthusiastic, maybe because it was low season. the food was quite tasty (at least not a fail).

Having breakfast with giraffes was an unforgettable experience! However, the room could have been cleaner and was a bit dim. Unfortunately, I left my personal bathroom amenities under the shower, and housekeeping couldn't locate them, which was disappointing because they were quite expensive.

Staying here is quite pleasant and all t. The staff is friendly and the food menu is quite varied and delicious but the playground is not well maintained because many are damaged and seem old. But it is still worth it for that price

A pleasant experience. a truly kids friendly hotel. Friendly staff, good wifi, lots of choices of activities in the hotel. Only for the food, please improve the taste🙏 Yesterday when I stayed I wanted to try breakfast with giraffe but it was fully booked. hopefully next time I can go back to baobab and try breakfast with giraffe😊

Baobab is a luxury hotel in the middle of mountainous village, with animals walking freely in front of hotel and rhino feeding is one of exciting activities. however there is no shuttle of we want to go to cafe in the safari complex

very good! superb! can see giraffes, deer, rhinos, hippos, etc. can also feed them, in the room there are carrots for the animals. can walk to the Australiana area, there you can interact directly with kangaroos and other Australian animals. the service and hospitality are also very good, from security, helpers, receptionists, all are very friendly and helpful. I really fell in love with the Baobab Hotel.

Baru check in, bantal bau iler orang, baunya luar biasa sampai mual. Minta pindah kamar masih harus nunggu lagi disatukan krn dikasih yg twin. Padahal dari luar kota pgnnya lgsg istirahat. Syg sekali hotel dg harga 1jt seperti ini.
