Today, March 10, 2025, is my last day (after March 10, 2025, I moved hotels & no longer stayed at Barito Mansion forever) at Barito Mansion after approximately 3-4 years of being a repeater at Barito Mansion because many new crews at Barito Mansion like to underestimate their repeaters, for example, what happened recently was that I was sent a Barito Mansion account for a bed sheet treatment that was accidentally spilled with coffee, which was clear. Every time I finished my activities outside the hotel, I returned to stay at Barito Mansion that night & the Barito Mansion crews who sent me the account number were Reza & Imelda, the new crew at Barito Mansion who were afraid that I would not pay the price of the bed sheet treatment of Rp. 300,000 while I had been at Barito Mansion for 3-4 years, which if converted into rupiah, would be hundreds of millions of my money going into Barito Mansion. The other crew members are all good, only these 2 people, namely Reza & Imelda, who it seems like when they were accepted to work at Barito Mansion, they were not given any training on how to be polite to repeaters and were belittled more than once or twice.

Other hotels in the month of Ramadhan 1446 H are busy making room packages along with food for breaking the fast and sahur meals.... This Barito Mansion Hotel makes room price packages diligently for non-Muslim events such as Valentine's Day and New Year's Eve even though the owners of the Barito Mansion Hotel are Muslims.

Dear Mr. Ronald Ernst Lengkong, We deeply regret the destruction of the facilities in the room that you have done is a despicable act. Barito Mansion Hotel has a restaurant outlet and room service that follows the opening and closing hours. Our 3 staff have accompanied you to offer assistance and provide access to make orders from outside for your convenience. It is very unfortunate that the communication you gave to our staff by saying a very uncooperative sentence was recorded by CCTV. Hopefully in the future you can gain insight into the knowledge that not all hotels have the same facilities. Barito Mansion is a Boutique Hotel with a total of 35 rooms and a very strategic location at the three junction of Jalan Barito which provides convenience for activities anywhere. The price is very competitive with other hotels including the comfort of privacy that we provide. We as the injured party still express our gratitude for choosing Barito Mansion. There are no entertainment facilities at the Barito Mansion Hotel for its guests who stay. Making a bar on the rooftop is not appropriate because not all guests like alcoholic drinks and the music is also not DJ but music from a flash disk. The window glass is also thin, it is proven that the noise of motorcycle exhausts every weekend can be heard in the room and there is still a no smoking room in all its rooms, so it is not surprising that the Barito Mansion Hotel is getting quieter and quieter, beating the quietness of a public cemetery.

Just a suggestion for Barito Mansion Hotel from its Repeater: If you already know it's quiet, don't increase the price per night, it will only make it even quieter, beating the quiet of a cemetery. It's okay to increase the price per night if there are always lots of people staying there every day.

The room is big and clean. Toilet is also clean. Breakfast is ala carte and the choices are limited, but they are looking to improve their breakfast situation. Staff are all very friendly, the GM even approached us for feedback. Location is also good. Many malls nearby and we can avoid the traffic jam. The only downside is the noise from the traffic. But it's perfect white noise for some, otherwise, nothing ear plugs can't fix. Overall, we had a really pleasant stay. We'll definitely come back next time.

Even though the facilities at the Barito Mansion Hotel were not successful in attracting people to stay overnight due to the lack of swimming pool and Fitness equipment and no Disc Jockey (DJ), Barito Mansion is the only hotel closest to Blok M that can create an atmosphere like being at home for guests who stay at the Barito Mansion Hotel apart from easy access and on the left and right there are many minimarkets and cafes also restaurants.

It's always a pleasure to stay here, even though since Mr. Ridwan Afriyanto has long resigned from his position at the Barito Mansion hotel as Room Manager in the Executive rooms, unfortunately there is no longer a mini bar (snacks & soft drinks, Coca Cola and Sprite).
