The room and the whole hotel environment are very clean, the room size is quite spacious, the AC is very cold, the hot water is ok, the building is new, the atmosphere is pleasant, the distance to the beach is close, the price is very reasonable, we highly recommend!

Good service, clean rooms, all equipment works smoothly, if you want to go to the beach, just cross over, through the alley next to Marbela, you only pay 3 thousand.

comfortable 500 is enough. haven't tried the food yet, but overall the room is comfortable. clean wide too.

Alhamdulillah dari awal datang sudah disambut ramah oleh security hotel, karena masih kepagian sambil tunggu check in akhirnya kita main kepantai dulu yang tidak jauh dari hotel tinggal nyebrang lewat jalan kecil, untuk fasilitas hotel ada kolam renang, ada playground buat anak dan kamar juga lumayan ada air panas, AC, dan TV channel, mungkin kurangnya wifi tidak sampai ke kamar hotel, thanks Bukit Arumdalu untuk liburan singkatnya.

A really recommended hotel for staying just for a staycation with family. The most important thing is that the hotel is clean, the bathroom is also very clean, the staff are very friendly. Access to the beach is also close, just cross the road.

I like the vibe of this place. They have a great staff and great location. You can walk to reach the beach. The location is very clean, not only the room but also the park (y).

The swimming pool is clean. The guards are friendly, the rooms are clean, only water should be paid more attention.

Suka sekali menginap di sini, tempatnya bagus luas, sejuk, bersih banyak taman-taman jadi bisa gelaran tiker BBQan, kolam renang juga lengkap ada yang buat anak-anak & buat dewasa. Security & juga semua staff sangat ramah, saya ketinggalan panci rice cooker karena malemnya abis BBQan, tapi akhirnya Whatsapp mbak resepsionis & akhirnya dibantu untuk dikirimkan via JNE. Saya pesen yang kamar satuan karena di aplikasi cuma ada pilihan ini, ternyata pas nyampe TKP ada banyak pilihan model villa dengan 2 kamar atau 3 kamar. Tapi gapapa yang model perkamar juga lengkap diluarnya ada wastafel, ada meja makan & juga sofa. Tapi kamarnya agak sempit, AC, shower berfungsi dengan baik. Breakfestnya cuma ada nasi goreng, ayam kecap, oseng kacang panjang, roti & buah. Tapi rasa nasi gorengnya enak banget. Untuk ke pantai tinggal nyebrang lewat jalan kecil samping Hotel Marbella, harga tiket masuk 3rb (dewasa) anak-anak free. Thank you Bukit Arumdalu, insya Allah next time kesitu lagi untuk coba villanya♥️

Check in jam 13.30 staf sangat ramah dan membantu sekali, ada playground nya, adem banyak pohon, sejuk, kolam renang tidak besar tapi bersih. Untuk kamar bersih, AC dingin, tidak ada wifi, kamar mandi bersih, peralatan mandi tersedia, handuk wangi, tidak ada mesin pembuat teh dan kopi, air mineral tersedia, keset ada, TV kecil, sprei dan selimut bersih, pokoknya the best, fasilitas dan suasana, bawa bayi dan toddler sangat menyenangkan.

Pertama kali menginap di sini dari referensi teman. Kamarnya bagus, bersih, kamar mandi juga bersih banget. AC dingin (ini yang paling penting). Lingkungan sekitar bersih, asri, petugas kebersihan selalu sapu pagi dan sore. Kolam renang bersih. Gak bau kaporit. Ada taman bermain untuk anak-anak. Mau ke pantai tinggal nyebrang masuk gang sebelah Marbella (bayar 3,000/orang). Next kalo ke Anyer bakalan nginep di sini lagi. Thank you Mbak Rini dan staff.

The staff is super friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location to the beach is just crossing on foot. Recommended, cheap price but not cheap quality. I thought I didn't get breakfast, I don't know I got it. Even though the application does not include breakfast it says. It's really fun to have a vacation here.

The environment is beautiful and clean, breakfast is because there is no kitchen so there is only 1 choice. Overall okay. Thank you

Kamar nyaman, tamannya luas banget. Apalagi kalo keluarga yang bawa anak. Ayo buruan, datang dan nikmati menginap di Bukit Arumdalu.

It was very pleasant to stay here, from the beginning I came the security already knew I had checked in and was welcomed well at the beginning until the receptionist was also friendly. The room is ok for the standard size, the bathroom is very clean and comfortable. All employees are very helpful. Highly recommended staying here. Next, if there is time again, I will come back to stay here. Oh yes, it's just an addition if possible, a dispenser can be provided for each room, especially for guests who bring small children, definitely asking for milk will be very helpful if there is a dispenser in the room. You don't have to go out in the lobby to ask for hot water.

The standard room is far on the hill, so I upgraded for an additional 100 thousand to get a room below. It feels like staying at a Puncak villa, but near the beach. To the beach, cross for 5 minutes. Overall good, recommended. Suggestion: the rooms that are sold are lower first, the price goes up in GP.
