Check in did not explain anything about the room or breakfast, the room view was disturbed by the construction wood which was unclear what was still used, the breakfast tasted bad, the tea was also not hot, they said it was hot tea, in WA chat there was no reply at all, there was no hot water, all the water was like ice, there were only 2 big pillows and 1 small one, the TV could not be used because the remote was broken, they promised to fix it but no one even fixed it until the CO, how can it be crowded if the service is bad, the first aid kit is not complete, it's a loss to pay for the room, luckily you didn't extend.

Not recommended to stay here. We booked this hotel 2 weeks before our stay with one extra bed since I'm travelling with my parents. It says in app that we have one extra bed + one free breakfast for the 1 additional person. When we checked in, the receptionist said we only got 2 breakfast since it is their policy, one room only get 2 breakfast even though we added 1 extra bed. Room was bed, this hotel is still on building process so there were a lot of noise from the builder. The room view was bad, its 100% different from app photos! Our room had bamboos and builders in front of our room, bad view, we even had to close the curtain because we didn't want the builder saw when we change our clothes:). Overall: bad

The hotel is easy to access. There is no elevator, and the hotel is located on the floor below the restaurant. The steps are a bit high. Helpful hotel staff helped bring things, even because the restaurant closed at 5 pm, the staff helped order food elsewhere (ps: online motorbike taxi delivery is not available). All staff are friendly & polite. Amnities are incomplete (no shower cap and sandals). Drinking water is only provided in 300ml x 2 bottles. The rooms are equipped with heating and a water heater too. But a regular water sink. There is no bedside table next to the bed, so it's a bit of a hassle to put things away. Can't even open the curtains because there are renovations outside, the view is blocked.

View nya kurang bagus dari jendela, alat2 bangunan berantakan yg tidak di rapikan. Kamar yang kurang kedap suara, sehingga suara sekecil apapun dari kamar sebelah terdengar, dan suara staff yg sangat kenceng di saat2 bersih2, mengganggu tidur. Makanan dan kopi enak.

Desainnya bagus berasa di rumah, makanan enak walaupun pilihannya terbatas tidak seperti di hotel lainnya. Kamar sempat bocor dikit depan jendela dan depan lemari baju karena hujan, masuk ruangan aroma kamar kurang sedap dan ada lalat juga sempat di ruangan tidak ada AC ataupun fan karena mungkin udara sudah dingin, TV ada tapi tidak ada siaran dan untuk Netflix, prime, Disney hotstar tidak berfungsi hanya bisa YouTube saja. Air panas tidak berfungsi jadi mandi sambil dingin-dinginan. Dan agak sedikit berisik di karenakan ada pembangunan jadi untuk tidur siang pun kurang nyaman. Mungkin tidak akan dateng untuk mencoba menginap yang ke 2xnya sekian.
