The room is good and clean, according to the price. Strategic location. Excellent service, they provide free city shuttle service. The breakfast is also pretty good. Very recommended.

The bathroom is with sea water, not brackish water, and it makes your eyes sore. CS is rude and unfriendly. Asking for a change of bed sheet was not given the reason that there was no stock even though I stayed for 3 days. And asking for a king bed was given a twin bed combined. Worst hotel.

The hotel is close to everything, I stayed here last night, the car was parked in the front lobby and I made sure to the security guard that it was safe. In fact, in the morning my tire was completely flat (not leaking), the sheets were dirty as if they had not been changed. I asked for accountability but there were many reasons. LOSS.

The water in the bathroom is not clean & tastes salty like sea water when gargling. The room smells of cigarettes, even though I ordered a Non-Smoking Room. The bathroom still has cigarette ash & hair residue. The room is small. There are no parking attendants in the car park area. The hotel lobby is dark & people are free to roam around smoking in the hotel lobby area.

we booked a hotel room and then doubled the room and one of the hotels I took and gave me a room that was not suitable for me such as the bathroom smelled and was salty when taking a shower and brushing my teeth and gargling, the AC was hot, the TV had no channels and to make a refund for the doubled room it could not be canceled and I felt a loss there, please Traveloka be more strict about this problem, because I suffered a big loss there

Very strategic location in the middle of the city. The bedsheets and pillows are fragrant although not naturally white (there are scribbles/stains). The receptionists are trainees so they are not very agile in serving guests and are not very friendly (hospitality). Overall I like the place, Cititel, but there must be improvements soon so that guests are not disappointed. Thanks

Have stayed here many times but had a bad experience the last time I stayed here. In the afternoon, suddenly the door was banged on without being knocked and it happened again at night. They said the front office did not inform if the room already had a guest, even the next morning there were still people knocking on the hotel room door with the excuse of looking for someone. Some time before that, I also got calls several times in the morning and evening by someone who doesn't know whether it was a prank or who. 👎🏻👎🏻

Asked for a non-smoking room, tried two rooms and they all smelled of cigarettes. The others were okay, but the cigarette smell was unpleasant. The lobby and restaurant were all smokers 🥲
