Beautifully decorated. Warm and welcoming staff, excellent services by staff. Price is great. Location is in the middle of surabaya. Breakfast: taste was not so great but had pretty wide selection of meals. Parking lot was narrow especially the basement, but they provide free valet to park your car.

The hotel staff is friendly. The comfort and tightness of the room are great, the hotel atmosphere is clean, the bathroom is clean and there is a jet shower/bidet in the bathroom, which is a plus point for a hotel in its class. My honest review, this hotel is not worthy of a 4-star class, with all the facilities in it and a small and hot lobby, it is clear that this is still a 3-star hotel. Entering the bathroom I was surprised that the towel was no longer suitable, then I asked the staff to ask for a new towel that was suitable (good room service, they were quick to come immediately). For the food menu, please be more varied and provide a good taste rather than us having already taken it but because it was not tasty then we did not finish it, just throwing away the food but I apologize (not all food)... Wifi, ID and pass are not listed in the room or room key to make it easier for guests.

This is my first time in Surabaya and I got a hotel with a strategic location.. near Tunjungan Plaza Mall, there are also many hotels around, the road in front of the hotel is big so if we bring a car it is easy to get in and out but the hotel parking lot in the basement is a bit steep but don't worry there is valet so you can use that service..
The most impressive thing about the hotel room is, it smells good when you first enter. Friendly and polite cleaning staff.
For breakfast, for a 4 star standard in my opinion the variety is too mediocre.. but the 2 days I was here, the food menu changed and was not the same.

The security is very friendly and willing to help push my trolley to the room when the other officers are busy, salute to the receptionist who always smiles and is friendly when there are many guests checking in, the waiting process for 3 rooms, each with a different time, the last room was almost 2 hours waiting, but it's okay because it's normal on holidays, maybe the cleaning staff are limited, right? Next, I want a room with a city view so it's better, this one got a rear view facing the praxis apartment. Breakfast is okay, parking is limited but can be assisted by free valet officers to help park. ❤️

everything was good but when i got the rooms after check in, no towel in the room but their staff doing great job, fast respon. thank you
