The receptionist is quick to respond, the rooms are spacious and clean, for sanitary the bathroom needs to be equipped again, especially the refill for bathing needs (shampoo and soap). For the chef's cooking speed needs to be improved.

Comfortable, only the terrain to the hotel is uneven and the place is messy. But good

The hotel service is very professional and the welcome is very warm. Highly recommend.

Rooms are neat and clean. Hot water and AC running normally. There are 2 swimming pools, warm water can swim at night. Get a welcome drink too. Crystal bay beach is only a short walk away. Other tourist attractions can drive by motorbike.

This bungalow is great. They have everything which will satisfy you who travels alone or couple. Thing needs improvement is the food. Not too many option, especially fresh grilled fish. I think fish is supposed to be on the menu. staff are really friendly. WiFi is not so strong, but not a big deal. The road is not so good, but not a big deal as well. And oh! they also need to provide good coffee, it will be better, I mean proper one like espresso or cappuccino.

The place was very much overrated. It appeared also that paying at hotel, we paid via Traveloka, would have been much cheaper. The swimming pool was very small. The only restaurant was small and had not so much choice. The personnel except the man at the reception, who was often also cook, was not friendly. Shuttle price appeared to be negotiable, so that I had the feeling that I paid too much. Nothing to do in the direct environment, the only place to go was Crystal bay. Crystal bay is also much overrated, it is crowded, many boats and relatively very small. Snorkling in Crystal bay is even dangerous because of all the private boats. We made three excursions to site spots at the island. The sites were ok but the roads towards them extremely bad. The climb downwards to Atuh beach is very dangerous and should be forbidden. Ok were the sites T-Rex, Thousand island viewpoint and Pura Goa Giri Putri Cave. Manta bay excursion, our third excursion was very much a disappointment. We paid 400k Rp for 30 min snorkling, but the weather was so bad, high waves, that is was absolutely unresponsible to go there. Im a good swimmer but almost lost control and left water in 5 min. Also nothing was to see because of lack of clarity in the water. The man who brought us there did not say we must wear life jackets, my wife could not swim, so this was a total unsafe and unresponsible excursion. Further negative points were that the drivers are driving crazy, much too fast. Another negative point, not concerning the hotel, was that the fast boat of Monuti at Sanur beach port has no pier. You have to walk through the water and climb yourself without any help in the boat. The Monuti boat who brought us back from Nusa Penida to Sanur had windows who could not be opened, no instructions for life jackets, no fresh air. I felt very unsafe on that boat. If something happened we all would have been drowned as the people in the recently crashed airplane. The only positive thing is that there is wild nature, it is silent. But I can only recommend the island for hikers. Most people I saw were indeed in age between 20 and 40.

Although still under construction. For enviroment is very pleasant and soothing. The interior is very unique. And dedicated especially for people who are on vacation to find peace. Then cyrstal bay is the right choice. Because of its location away from the frenetic.
