What I really like about De Java Hotel is their staff. The hotel’s motto is “Serving with Heart” and I feel they really took that seriously. The room itself is clean and has a decent size. The foods taste great, and in good location.

When we got breakfast the 3rd day we stayed, the restaurant was full so it would be better to open another spot for breakfast when the traffic is higher.

very strategic location, across from pvj mall. next to it there is also indomaret with point. inside the hotel there is even mixue. parking is not too big, but assisted by hotel staff valet. unfortunately, my non-smoking room still smelled of cigarettes, especially in the bathroom. I don't really understand whether the room settings are the problem or there are other guests on my floor who are stubborn to smoke. then, the room walls seem thin or what, because the sound of the neighbors' rooms is very clear. please fix it so that the sound in the room can be more muffled so that guests are not disturbed and privacy is better maintained. breakfast is incredibly delicious and very diverse, but it would be better to speed up the refill of food that has run out.

The food is not okay, the restaurant is in disarray, the food runs out and is not refilled even though there are still many fast food outlets, the receptionist is also not friendly and not very informative. Only the security guard and the older men in the pool area are friendly. The rest are not very good.
Ask for the best view and get a view of the high voltage power lines, oh no, thank you.
But the room is quite clean and the AC is cold

The location is good, close to PVJ, just cross the street, no need to bother looking for food and entertainment for the kids... the swimming pool is upstairs, not bad but it's closed if there's an event... the food is delicious, maybe you can add more food variations...

The refrigerator was not cold at all, but the receptionist said it was “cool” and the room temperature was cooler than the refrigerator. Asked for an extra bed, called twice but it was not sent, when I went to the receptionist, it was already gone. They said they had confirmed it to the room, but there was no confirmation at all. What was worse was that the receptionist didn’t say sorry. Everything was so bad. Only the location won.

stayed 2 nights, book deluxe room but got free upgrade executive room. The room is spacious, breakfast is varied and delicious. The atmosphere is calm, comfortable and clean. The location in the middle of the city is very easy to go anywhere. All staff are friendly and very helpful. Thank You so much De java Hotel.
If I go to Bandung, I will definitely stay here again ❤️

In my opinion, this hotel is actually good, there is only 1 thing that I think needs to be fixed, namely the gym facilities which are a bit old-fashioned, the treadmills are broken. In addition, on the 6th floor, if we go to the gym around 6 am, it is very quiet, there are no hotel employees on that floor, some rooms have open doors, but the lights are off, adding to the horror impression.
