The view from the room is nice. The breakfast variety is good & quite tasty. The location is clean. When we went there, the bridge was damaged so we had to go through a rather damaged village road. Overall, it's ok for bringing a big family.

The hotel staff is friendly, the place is comfortable, serene. But the way to the room is quite tiring. If possible, there is vehicle access, it can be parked in front of the room.

Ordered the sandalwood type which is quite expensive but for staying overnight, no way 😂😂😂
Checked in for a few hours and immediately checked out because the view and the mattress were itchy
For those who want to go there, it is not recommended, you will regret it 100 percent

Staying in the Cemara type, the top location is quite far from the restaurant and swimming pool, but the view is still very good. The downside is that walking is tiring because the stairs are very high, no shuttle is provided but you can park your vehicle near the room. The view from the swimming pool is very beautiful, especially at sunset if it is bright. The taste of the food is ordinary, not much variation. For the price of 1 million, you get a narrow room and a very minimalist bathroom.

2x stay here really satisfied and the view is very nice and the staff is friendly. It's just that the access road to the room must climb this super high staircase. Suggestions or input to provide access roads for the elderly or pregnant women and children such as golf cars for those who drive motorbikes because it's quite tiring but everything is satisfying 🥰

The view is beautiful. Friendly service according to previous reviews. The food is delicious and the price is also standard. For the Pinus type room, it is quite spacious. It's just a shame that room service is only until 22.00, try to ask for an extra blanket before 22.00. The entrance is a bit small, but not too far from the highway. To relieve fatigue and crowds, the place is suitable. Thanks De Pointe.

The room is clean and comfortable, according to the picture, the view is nice, every spot can be used as an aesthetic photo spot. Only access to the room is very far and steep. If you want to go to the restaurant and the main pool, it is quite far and you have to use your own car, but the path is very steep. Not suitable for bringing elderly parents. But satisfied with the service of the staff, the breakfast is delicious, the swimming pool is clean and there is a pool with warm water. The view is also very nice. Not stroller friendly so when bringing children must always be carried.

I am disappointed in the written description that Cendana Pavilion is indeed separate from the main resort but I did not expect it to be far away. If you bring children, there is no entertainment for them to play, there are no interesting facilities, the view of the unfinished building is very unsightly, especially Cendana Pavilion, the rooms are noisy because they are only partitions, I am disappointed, it would be better if they are not ready to provide facilities such as a shuttle or at least a play area for children, don't activate the location. I feel like I'm staying at a 100 thousand motel💔
