The purpose of choosing deluxe is because there is a sofa. Eh, I got a room without a sofa. Also, if you are mopping the floor, at least give a warning sign! Someone slipped but there was no word. The receptionist was just like a statue! Please, both parties benefit, don't close your eyes.
