We absolutely loved this hotel. Nothing to mention to improve. Thank you to everyone for such an amazing time. Massages were great, pools both amazing, shuttle to town really useful and the restaurant was great. Everyone met our baby and was playful and nice with him. Absolutely brilliant

We felt pampered, with our every needs considered by the super helpful staff. The setting is stunning and the atmosphere is peaceful, while the center of Ubud is about a 15 minute walk away. The price for all of this is incredible reasonable. This hotel is a fantastic deal.

I chose this hotel because they advertised a gym. There was no gym available and I asked for some compensation but they refused. Also if you cannot do stairs DO NOT choose this property especially since the stairs are uneven heights and the outside lighting nearly non-existent - very dangerous for most people unfamiliar with the property. If you fall, it will be onto stone steps. The most discouraging thing was when I expressed dissatisfaction and asked staff to address my concern, the answer was always the same - I have to call the manager and will call you on your room. I was never called and can only assume that once I walked away, staff considered the matter closed. I’m really considering disputing the charge for the room as the service was so poor and the facilities not as advertised. Another interesting fact is that no one ever apologized for the false advertising so I guess that’s how they do business. Go to Westin or somewhere more reliable IMO. P

Amazing from start to finish. I can not believe we got an entire villa with a private plunge pool to ourselves for $200/night.
When we checked in late that night, we were starving, and without us asking for it, they had a sandwich ready for us in our room.
The bed was comfortable. The pool was refreshing. The public pools were beautiful. The entire resort was decorated nicely and made you feel immersed in the local culture, rather than feeling like you’re back home but happen to be in a foreign country.
Breakfast was delicious with lots of options.

Excellent service and location. Garden view suite is located in 3 storey building so not really villa. Very disappointed with false marketing, so not be returning here.
Positives: Otherwise, front desk, room service, massage & spa, shuttle bus was excellent.
Negatives: Breakfast was very poor. Bread basket, jam, french toast, bacon, chicken sausage were all terrible. I've stayed at about 10 resort/villas over last 10 years and Dwaraka had worst breakfast.
So too many negatives for us. Had good memories but not enough for us to return.

We loved loved loved our stay here. The room is absolutely spacious even with an extra single bed in there. The villa we were given had a gorgeous area between the front door and the main villa. This area wrapped around the villa and had loungers and also a table to eat out. The villa has both an indoor and outdoor shower. It also has a gorgeous outdoor bath. It is a bit pricey in terms of room service compared to what you pay outside but that’s expected. In addition the room service for dinners was a bit hit and miss. Some dishes were great others not so much. We loved the brekkie in the mornings, the welcome massages and the afternoon teas. Would definitely stay here in the future

Amazing property, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We booked the 2 bedroom villa with private pool in July to celebrate our 25th anniversary with our two grown kids. We loved the place, the setting and its tranquility. The staff had set up flower bath and romantic flowers on our bed ready for our arrival. We had also arranged a romantic dinner by our poolside, and the staff couldn't have done a better job with setting the place up with flowers and candles (took them 2 hours) and serving our dinner. The staff was very accommodating with our needs and helpful in coordinating with our driver for our tours and the spa for our massages. Highly recommend Dwaraka, and if we ever come back to Ubud, we will definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend this property. It is GORGEOUS and the rooms/villas are amazing. The staff is wonderful and super accommodating. There was a baby in the room next to me and as soon as I mentioned it to the staff, i was upgraded to a private villa which i was extremely grateful for. The massage i had in the spa was one of the best i had in Bali and the free shuttle service was the cherry on top! If i return to Ubud, i will certainly be staying at Dwaraka again.

I wanted to stay in Ubud for my birthday and I found this gem of a hotel. The staff helped my bf surprise me with a room decorated with balloons and rose petals...the staff even came to the room to sing and present a cake. They really made me feel special and continued to show excellent customer service thru out our stay.
Dwaraka itself is beautiful. It sits in a rice field and its architecture lends to the lovely tranquil landscape.
We stayed in a standard suite with balcony overlooking the infinity pool. The suite was spacious and well decorated. The jars filled with homemade cookies were delicious and I always looked forward to the talent of the room attendants who would position whimsical towel animals around the bed.
A must visit is to the spa...we indulged in the spa twice. The massages were heavenly!
Everything that Dwaraka executed was done with professionalism and in perfection. They helped us coordinate a half day city tour when our original driver stood us up and even assisted us with transportations that were outside their free shuttle to town service. I was truly impressed with all the staff—from reception, restaurant, spa, room attendants to shuttle drivers...they all provided excellent service.
We would have stayed longer than two days but had already booked for a villa in Nusa Dua to round out our Bali visit. But there is no doubt... next time we are back in Ubud...Dwaraka would be our first choice!
