The uncomfortable things that I felt 7 days in this hotel, ... 1. Hot water is not always on, tends to be rarely on and even if it is on it is very small. want in the morning / afternoon / evening / night, ask the staff on duty said he would go up, but I waited but he didn't come. the 2nd time I approached the staff on duty had changed people, oh well.. 2. Often many people hang out smoking in the hallways of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors, which causes the hotel room to smell of cigarette smoke, and the smoke tends to enter the room, this is quite disturbing for me, for those who can't stand cigarette smoke, it is recommended to find another place, whether they are hotel employees or visitors but it is quite disturbing for the guests. 3. at the entrance of the hotel there are often people hanging out which is quite a disturbing sight for us hotel guests, when you want to go inside you have to pass them. 4. The soundproofing of the room is a bit lacking, the effect is that you often hear bangs and sounds that are quite disturbing when sleeping from the next room when maybe they are exercising at night 😁. 5. In the afternoon, there are often children playing in the hotel hallway on the 1st floor, possibly they are children of boarding house residents, because some of the rooms on the first floor are boarding rooms, and children often play and shout, this is quite disturbing for me.. but back again.. with the price, these shortcomings are understandable. So for a budget under 200, this hotel is highly recommended, with various shortcomings that are still understandable.....

The Escotel Mahera hotel or accommodation seems to be quite good, we planned to order and make a reservation but because there was a schedule change it ended up being cancelled, it was our risk because this option could not be refunded, so we accepted it well. Maybe next time we can stay here with another moment. Hopefully you can get a refund, even though the possibility is very small. The location of this accommodation is strategic as seen from the maps and is very profitable, especially for those who work or have needs around Salemba or who are seeking treatment at St. Hospital. Corolus. Or those who study at UI Salemba. It seems like this hotel used to be an exclusive boarding house and over time the management changed to become the hotel it is now. Hopefully the management of Escotel Mahera can be better and maintain the satisfaction of its visitors who stay.
