The receptionist is friendly, the rooms are super clean, everything is complete for drinking water provided gallons on each floor so we can refill it many times, also provided a large amount to take drinking water. The toothbrush is unique from wood.

Strategic hotel located in Tangerang city area. I almost always go to this hotel when I have office business in Tangerang. The location is convenient, spacious parking, from the highway a bit inside. The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean and fragrant. The cleanliness of the room is almost perfect, never found any complaints. All hotel staff are very friendly. Had asked to move rooms, was served well and assisted by the hotel security who were very friendly and kind. Overall this hotel is recommended.

The service was okay and the check-in process was fast, and I got a room at the end so I could see the city lights around Cipondoh which was nice. I just didn't order food so I can't review the food. But hopefully it will be better, keep it up.

TV remote doesn't work, phone in the room can't be used either, bedsheets are musty as if they haven't been changed, AC is noisy. So I had to go down to the lobby to fix the remote and phone in the room.
