A nice hotel in the town. The room was spacious but lack of window so it felt like I was in some kind of kos2an/kontrakan. But the staff was very nice and helpful. The room also clean. Thanks

Excellent stay. Staff are all friendly & kind. Warm smiles & generous. Got upgraded to Aston. Food awsome! Thank you to fom Mr. Teguh. Also Front Office Mr. Rizky & Ms. Meida for their kind & gentle assistance each time @ the Reception. Not to forget Executive Chef Indra. He prepares sumptuous spread of breakfast buffet with international & local fusion comparable to a 5 star. Only constructive feedback I can add is, rice on the buffet's & some food are too cold. If they are put on a warmer, I'll give 10/10. Well done Fave & Aston!. I'm off to Bogor for 3 day's retreat. I will come back to stay again at your property on 1st September as it's my birthday. There is a swimming pool, the kids are very happy. It is also close to go anywhere. I took my parents to the Cicendo eye hospital, it's not too far.

At that price, it's better to go to another hotel, where you can really hear people walking, even when taking a shower, the sound of the water machine is really noisy, and yesterday there was a group of naughty mothers pressing the bell.

The hotel room is quite spacious, around 19 m2 and there are quite good swimming pool facilities because it is connected to the Aston Hotel. The hotel's location is strategic because it is across from Cihampelas Walk and not far from the city center or access to tourist attractions such as Lembang.

The location is close to Ciwalk Mall, so if you are too lazy to travel far because of rain or traffic jams, just walk to Cihampelas Walk. There is a playground and a children's pool too.
