A nice hotel in the town. The room was spacious but lack of window so it felt like I was in some kind of kos2an/kontrakan. But the staff was very nice and helpful. The room also clean. Thanks

Excellent stay. Staff are all friendly & kind. Warm smiles & generous. Got upgraded to Aston. Food awsome! Thank you to fom Mr. Teguh. Also Front Office Mr. Rizky & Ms. Meida for their kind & gentle assistance each time @ the Reception. Not to forget Executive Chef Indra. He prepares sumptuous spread of breakfast buffet with international & local fusion comparable to a 5 star. Only constructive feedback I can add is, rice on the buffet's & some food are too cold. If they are put on a warmer, I'll give 10/10. Well done Fave & Aston!. I'm off to Bogor for 3 day's retreat. I will come back to stay again at your property on 1st September as it's my birthday. First time staying at this hotel. In terms of service, it is very good. As soon as I arrived at the hotel lobby, the staff immediately helped me carry my luggage. The service at the reception was also no less good, friendly, and fast. Thank God the room was comfortable, there are only two notes from me, hopefully it can be fixed so that customers are more satisfied and do not hesitate to come back here. First, there are still cockroaches in the room. Second, the electric kettle in the room has a broken power button, if you want to use the button you have to hold it down before it can turn on. The rest is generally very satisfied and do not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. Thank you.

Got room 2089. Few homework for this room. AC leaked, electric kettle busted, electric sockets lose making hard to plug charger. TV is too small. Other than that, I think it's an OK room.

Got a non-smoking room without a window. Some TV channels were not clear. The wifi internet connection was intermittent, probably because many people were using it at that time. The bedroom position was lower than the bathroom. There is a swimming pool facility connected to the hotel next door. Quite close to the minimarket and CiWalk, just a short walk away.
