Starting from check in time, everything was smooth because I was already a repeater guest, but the next day, when I was in the room, I was suddenly called while I was still sleeping and said, "Do you want to check out?" Even though it can be seen that I stayed for 2 nights. Maybe just a suggestion, the training for the receptionist or FO staff is better so they can see the data or read the hotel data. The second time when I arrived at the hotel at 21:00 I was already in the elevator going to the room. In the elevator, the room card could be used to go up but when I was in front of the room door to enter, it turned out that the key was in error so I had to go down again to check why it couldn't be used to enter the room. The FO staff said that if the key is taken out, it can be in error... In my mind, the key must be taken out, so in my opinion, an announcement should be made or the guest should be informed that if they go out, please renew the key so they can be used to enter the room. Maybe this is a problem with the facilities, the door and lock system is not correct or proper. Just a suggestion, please fix it. Please also don't just take one lift at night, the other lift seems to have an error too or it was made like that so it just stays or stays on the 7th floor and doesn't go up or down. So only one lift. Wifi slow.

Very satisfying experience in this hotel. The room size is small but the layout is very good so it doesn't feel cramped. The facilities in the room are very complete. TV, Hair dryer, Pillow + Bolster, Long mirror (full body), shower & toilet have partitions, a place to put suitcases & sandals is quite spacious. (Which is these facilities are rarely found in other hotels with the same star rating) VERY CLEAN!! Friendly service especially the security guard at the front is very friendly, always greets and is ready to help every time he passes. Highly recommended to stay at this hotel.

There was a job near my room where I stayed. And it lasted until 19.30-20.00 even though it was break time. My room was DND and after returning to the hotel I requested only to change the bath towel, refill 2 aqua and clean the trash. Everything was done except the trash, the trash was still in the room not taken / emptied

It's good, even though it's a smoking room, it doesn't smell of cigarettes at all, the view is really good, you can see the city lights, the parking lot is just right, it's not messy, the food is pretty good for a 3-star budget, but overall it's a 5-star winner. The staff are friendly, the rooms are nice, the cleanliness is okay.
