This is was a really awesome experience to stay in this hotel. Very strategic location, friendly and helpful staffs. The room is clean and neat Wifi connection really good. Vary and tasty food. Recommended hotel and be back here if visit Surabaya again.

The bed and room are generally clean. Facilities (rssto, cafe, fitness centre) are quite good, which also satisfies my ever demanding expat colleagues. Location is right smack in downtown Surabaya. Overall, a good bargain for a few days of business trip in the city.

This place was great, I love the rooftop bar and pool. Breakfast was tasty too, the price was cheap, nice modern simple building hotel, and it's placed at the heart of Surabaya so I can go anywhere easily. Repeat order : "Big yes"!!

overall good, comfortable, clean, friendly staff.
at breakfast there is no choice of omelettes etc., the taste of the food is lacking.
at breakfast the female staff are a bit rude, everything they hold (plates, glasses) makes a very loud sound.

Here again. Close to everywhere. Try the herbal medicine that is just across the street. Nasgor in front of Siloam which is very crowded. This is a budget hotel that is very worthed.

for the location is good. for the sheets are dirty and not changed it seems. for the AC is noisy because it's time to change it and it's broken. for the shower the water is jammed so it's slow. for the elevator. guests and workers are in one elevator so there is no privacy for guests because the staff are busy chatting. there is a deposit and a time to return the deposit. the front office staff is very rude and not happy. overall there needs to be a lot of improvements if you want it to be good. thank you.
